Shilpa Ji this is a normal polythene used to cover roof in villages it comes in different colors you can easily find it in Old Delhi Market, the pegs i have used comes with my camping tent and easily available on Amazon also. you can also get this polythene sheet on amazon it is called Tarpaulin Sheet. Please tell if you know Hindi i can better explain it to you. :)
