Lol, hopefully this doesn't come out too harsh since that's not my intent but it feels like Fran, in spite of his years of experience, has absolutely zero understanding whatsoever of the videogame industry. Like, every comment he made made me go... What? How could anyone ever come to that conclusion based on what we know? And Tim was definitely on that boat, lol.
Not trying to hate on the guy of course but it is getting strange and doesn't really help the discussions.

It's almost been 4 years since they released Arkham Knight and we know they have been working on something. The only thing I can see is if they announce something this E3 and it releases by next summer at the latest or they decided to upgrade their game to next gen and we won't see it until 2021 or it's a launch game for the new consoles.

I love kinda funny, but this was a terrible episode imo. Greg and Tim were clearly prepared, and somehow Andy and Fran were completely unaware how this episode goes (that’s a kinda funny issue, not just those 2) and it showed big time. Andy wasn’t playing the game, Fran wasn’t sure of the details even of the things he was predicting, and the lack of preparation and game play clearly affected how Greg and Tim performed as well. Not to be too negative, this is just one of my favorite episodes every year, and it seemed rushed or way too free form without any structure (I understand that’s kind of what the company is, but not usually for these episodes)

Sometimes he's dead-on and then sometimes he's just so far wrong it's hard to believe that anyone could come up with some of the shit he says. Hard to watch gets annoying. Not a lot of chemistry. Wish it would have been Greg, Tim , Andrea and number 1 games journo.

Bethesda already confirmed they aren't talking about TES 6 or Starfield this year, way back at the end of March.
Fran also bad no idea that dragon age was completely scrapped and rebooted.
That's wrong! About a month ago IGN staff got invitations from Bethesda inviting them to their conference where they will talk about Starfield. They talked about it in Podcast Unlocked.

E3 is truly the best time of the year
I have been out the loop with Kinda Funny the past year or two but just re-found this channel. Greg looks great for real. For a moment I didn't even recognize him. ( I haven't really watched anything since Colin left) but I have listened to the occasional podcast
Prediction: everyone who damage controlled Sony not being at E3 this year will be hype when they show up at next year’s E3. Lol
My prediction is that Divinity: Original Sin II comes to Nintendo Switch this year.
I think it wouldn't be surprising to get gameplay for the GRRM fromsoft game. Fromsoft games usually have a ~3 year cycle and that game has already been in development for about that long. It's totally possible.

Agree with Fran, I think they're gonna show some kind of teaser/tech demo for the next Xbox but not announce the actual name or anything - kind of similar to when they had that Scorpio teaser trailer and then announced the One X the next E3.

I want to make this loud and clear if Splinter Cell or Prince of Persia gets announce I will flip out and may just as well burn my house down out of excitement. If they announce both huh well then I think I may explode. The only thing I could be more hyped about then one of those returns is if Square Enix buys Metal Gear Solid from Konami, rereleases Twin Snakes on Switch and announced 3D remakes of Metal Gear 1 & 2.

Tales of 2019 gets shown and gets a release date.
Bravely third gets announced.
i'd love to see something completely surprising and left-field, ala shenmue 3 or ffvi remake announcements and the outer worlds reveal from obsidian in previous years
Erdrick and Banjo announces for smash and at least one of them comes out within a few days
I got a few E3 predictions.
WB officially acknowledges the "Arkhamverse" at E3. There will be a couple of new games set in this universe that they will reveal at Microsoft's show.
WB Montreal is working on a new Arkham game, and it will be called Batman: Beyond Arkham. Yes, it will be a Batman: Beyond game. Release slated for next Spring.
Rocksteady reveals that they are indeed working on a Justice League game. It will feature Flash, Superman, Green Lantern, Wonder Woman, Cyborg, and Nightwing. It is a sequel to Batman: Arkham Knight and theyll tease the return of Batman at the end of the CG trailer, where Darkseid is revealed to be the villain. No release date.
Square Enix's Marvel: Avengers game gets booed, or at least gets negative press after its reveal.
Doug Bowser will either dress as Bowser or at least wear Bowser clothing.
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare debuts at Microsoft to a roaring applause, showing off a CoD unlike we have ever seen before.
Respawn Entertainment teases Titanfall 3 in some capacity.
The Dragon Ball Project Z game is revealed to be a remake of Legacy of Goku.
The next Xbox is called "The Xbox".
And finally, Master Chief is revealed to be a character coming to Super Smash Bros., he will be revealed at the Microsoft conference and expanded upon at the Nintendo Direct. His Final Smash will be a Spartan Laser.
