I know this is a long one, but if you want to get in a full body strength workout that will build muscle and change the shape of your body...this is for you. I'm not saying the other workouts don't do that, they do. I tend to find that women stop a little short on using heavier weights as there is a fear to get big and bulky. By having the high reps and body part specific tracks, RIP takes your muscles to the edge of failure which in return is going to break them down (micro-tears) which in return, builds them back up with proper recovery. That is how you build muscle and start to fire up your metabolism and become a fat burner. I've been repeating this workout for 2 weeks. Love it! I gradually increased the weights and my body is so much stronger! I used to do body pump and it was the best workout for me. Now I have to workout from home and I'm so glad I found a similar workout with the music! Thank you, Michelle. You're the best!

This is my favourite workout of yours so far and I usually only do the trampoline with weights, but I've found this energising and challenging but not to the point where it makes me dread doing it like some of the other pump workouts. I also love how it is broken down, making it easier to follow and seemingly a much quicker workout although it's not. The music choices are excellent... different, energising and empowering. *this is by far the most challenging strength workout i’ve ever done! i took breaks as needed and made sure to use the same weight you used for each set. 920 calories burned AND COUNTING! took me almost two hours but very proud for being able to push through. i felt every muscle worked!*

This one in particular is quite similar to body pump that I do before covid. I gained some weight when covid hit. Following your workouts at home + eating right definitely showed an impact/improvement to my weight loss goal. FYI: I tried most of your workouts (except for the trampoline) and I love them all (and my 4yr old son). :)
Wonderful to hear that you are loving all the workouts!! Yes this is very similar to BP, I've been teaching RIP for the last 10 years. Fun music and great moves. Say hi your son. I have two boys, 15 and 13 who are super active. And let me tell you, having a trampoline in the house for them to jump on was a great way for them to release some of their boy energy. Just saying. Sale coming in November, maybe a Christmas gift?

I developed bilateral ulnar nerve entrapment and it brought me to a standstill. I've slowly begun to increases my workouts the last 2 weeks. C-spine MRI results 8/31. Cross your fingers for me. I need to keep working toward my Michelle Briehler body comp. goal. Don't know if I'll ever get those abs. Shared on Twitter.

Fun, well rounded full body strength. I find traditional circuit training/sets really boring 🙊 so this workout was a great way to get the weight work in
