If you go to wikipedia Iran's biggest importer and exporter is China with Iran has an export surplus to China. You don't see the Chinese complain about that.

US itself is actually facing the dilemma of its own. It labels China the enemy, the axis of evil. Yet, it feels impotent and needs China the enemy, the evil to help in many areas including environment issues and military conflicts.
When a country is isolated from the global markets through sanctions, how do you expect them to be normal in that abnormal situation?
If not for USD hegemony, the vast majority of all countries would happily have a good trading relationship with Iran.
The west is good at isolating countries that don't align with them, forcing them to the brink of collapse, and when they resist hard, call them evil.
The coming new global world order won't be the same. The question is how far away that era is. Maybe just another GFC 2.0 away.
