  • Recipe on how to make bread without kneading, known in Italy as Focaccia, an easy dough filled with onions, olives and mozzarella cheese, the result is a very juicy bread, with a surprising smell and a magnificent flavor, ideal as an entree, snacks and dinners.
    Remember before making the recipe, make sure your oven is Cº or Fº, another important fact, is that at your request we have made this recipe of easy bread with wheat flour or common flour of all uses.
    The ingredients used for this recipe are as follows:
    450 gr. (3 tzs) Normal wheat flour (of all uses)
    380 ml. (1 1/2 tzs) Warm water (between 35 and 40ºc)
    7 gr. Dry bread yeast or 25 g fresh pressed baker's
    2 tsp. (10 gr.) Salt
    1 teaspoon (5 grams) sugar
    With this we already make the basic mass of Italian focaccia and now we put to the mass the following thing:
    1 Sweet onion cut into julienne
    1 can of black olives without bone
    50 grams of grated mozzarella cheese
    A little dried oregano
    Extra virgin olive oil flavored with a rosemary branch.
