Man, most I can do is a $1,200 shark sd, I'm not cutting out anything mainly routing out letters for a project or making a couple cribbage boards, no cutting just mainly engraving..any suggestions?
Thank you for the video. Can you tell me, can the Shark CNC machine use a 1/8” Bullnose router bit that de-edges and de-corners 1/8 thick material? Would the material need to be elevated so that the bit does not collide with the router table?

I bought the Next Wave CNC T32765 - Shark SD100 Pendant Kit from Grizzly. It is also available on Amazon. They both are sold to work with the SD100. Are you saying it will not work? I don't know yet because I have not learned it yet. Also you say what you are doing but not showing.
the sd120 i just received has a router box with trigger in it- just plug your router in to the trigger box and leave your router turned on- the cpu turns the router on & off.
