I think the title of the video is an bit misleading - there was an explosion, but it wasn't blown up.

Imagine living in a world where Putin valued human life as much as he does bridges?
He does value human lives, preferably Russian lives, that's why the bridge was built, and the war started, to make sure NATO keeps it's missiles far away from Russia's borders, so they can intercepted in good time before they do damage. To also make sure resources and people can go back and forth. Don't try to generalize something you don't understand or understand perfectly but trying to paint a biased picture, propaganda no doubt, on Putin's character.
