I fired a friend's SAR 9 and really liked how it manages recoil. I am no scientist, but it felt like the bore height to hand was pretty low...even lower than a Glock. Really nice pistol...will probably go out and buy one.

GREAT VIDEO! You hit good talking points, actually fired them in the video and have good opinions based on your personal experience.
I was launching my own channel but it got delayed do to some outrageously unfortunate tragedies that happened to my family but all of that is passing and I will have it up in the spring.
I had decided to do my own channel because I had been getting really annoyed with all these douchebags doing gun channels that have no hands on experience with half the things that they're saying but say they do and you can tell that they are simply regurgitating what the gleaned from Googling others people's reviews. Then they have the nerve to state extremely firm opinions on things that they know absolutely NOTHING about! I think that these arrogant, under-experienced, over opinionated charlatans should be tarred & feathered for misleading folks and persuading them to spend their hard earned $ on something that may not be the best choice for them because they listened to a fool.
So that is what provoked me to try my hand at gun enthusiast channel.
From watching your video, I think you will be able to relate to me on what I am about to say.
I'm not a Navy SEAL, I don't know everything but I am better versed than most guys on most firearms through hands on experience, been building ARs for years, I'm down to earth, learn new things all the time, will never lie about what I don't know and will always be honest, even when it doesn't suit my ego.
It's nice to see someone else who is obviously like minded out here making legitimate videos that help people not waste their hard earned money.
Your video has convinced me to take a harder look at the Sar 9. I had expected the Canik to be favored in this video but you layed out features that definitely makes the Sar 9 seem like the better of the 2 options for me. Thank you for taking the time to make this video.

I'm just going to tell you how it is you can't compare the triggers or the shooting on a dual purpose double action single action type trigger it's not the same as a single action only trust me I own both mechanic tp9sa is actually a much nicer trigger than the sar 9 trust me

    It's pronounced "Janik" with a "J".
HOWEVER... this is America; say it how you want. P99 holsters & Canik TP9 holsters do not interchange. Trigger guard. TP9 will fit in a Glock 20 holster.

Actually that is quite incorrect. Turks also pronounce their Is as 'ee' so your still off. The pronunciation of the city is up to the locals but like anything else, we pronounce things differently. Trying a bastardized merge of pronouncing it actually makes it work. The J is pronounced properly sounds like 'sh' and a J smashed together. The A is pronounced "ah". And finally the end is pronounced "eek" with a little phlegm at the end of the K. Seriously though.

Get Canik it better gun for money. My New SAR9T I just bought fell apart field stripping it and slide would even come off the gun never even been fire. SAR9T use cheap polymer roll pin falls out gun when pull frame levers down on the gun for field stripping. Once polymer roll pin comes out your SAR9T disables you trigger until put back in gun. So want really cheap made handgun gun fall part can not field strip get SAR9. If your smart you buy Canik.
