    Thanks for the reminders for getting a good nights sleep. No matter how many times I hear it I always learn something I hadn’t heard before.
    I am one of those who can’t have caffeine. Then there is my husband, he can drink coffee all day, fall asleep within 2 minutes and sleep all night. This would be me 😵‍💫. 🌻🌻🌻

    Thank you Nan for the important topic you raise. I learned it a long time ago by listening to doctors from all fields. Our body is a well-oiled machine. You need to understand how to manipulate it correctly. The main thing is health.❤

      Well put Rina. The equanimity that we get in all areas of our life by honoring our bodies processes, and especially the circadian rhythm, makes it so clear that it’s one of the most important things we can do. It sounds to me like you’ve had a lifetime of making good decisions about your health. Bravo!
