I have literally watched and read over a hundred Sleepopolis reviews and videos!
I like how you guys switch up the reviewer often to keep things fresh, from Logan and Sarah and others to all the new girls you guys do a great job reviewing mattresses, blankets, pillows and giving general sleep information and advice.
Thanks for all the oppertunities you give us, hopefully this will be my year.

This was a super GREAT & informative video! Are you in Nursing School? As a nurse, your video seems far more informative than just a lay person!

4 o'clock in the afternoon is when I usually feel the need for a nap. Have always been more of a night time person, stay up late and sleep in, and yes, daylight savings SUCKS.

What happened to the biological clock in our bodies when a person is unconscious, or even death? Does the biological clock stop when we died? It’s stop😢at the moment we died? Or does it stop when our bodies deteriorated to bones?

back up by 3pm? This seems so strange to me. Why is the time more relevant than the height/absence of the sun?

I live on the East Coast and went to Vegas with my husband for a much needed getaway when the kids were young. We went to Cirque du Soleil on the second night and I fell asleep about 5 minutes in!😔jet lag…. I heard the show was great…um, sorry if my snore disturbed anyone 🫣

FYI, lots of doctors aren't trained well in everything (i.e. diet is not covered). Prescribing ""sleep" pills" is not good advice because they don't make you sleep, they paralyse you instead. There are much better interventions a doctor can help with.

Lots of great information here but diminished by the speed of the transitions. Let the facts do the talking!
