Just a thought for the content creator who found a way to do a 0:00 clear with Jinhsi - WuWa is sorely lacking "how to play xyz character" videos. Namely, what each character needs to get the most damage out of them, what rotation for which team and so on. I recently pulled Encore and I heard that she's getting more praise now that players have figured out how to play her, that she can be built as a hyper-carry or a quick-swap, but no videos on how to actually *play* the builds for max value. Best I can get is reading up on it on websites and reddit posts.
You need to check better: there are a lot of good videos on rotations, including some by Maygi. I even made one on Jiyan, etc. You should look for small content creators who focus on details, rather than big content creators who cover multiple games at the same time, because they don’t have time to go into the details of team rotations.

The "do this, then this, then this" is cool if I'm gonna use that exact team and learn the sequence on autopilot, but I'd like to know for example, why the 4NA from Mortefi before Verina, then why another 4 before Jiyan? What's the goal of the warmup rotation and so on? These are probably no-brainers for very experienced players, but for someone who just pulled a character or has to adapt a team or faces an enemy in the future where a lot more dodging and movement is necessary, knowing what we get from those extra steps is helpful, so we can adapt. That's the content I feel is missing. When IWTL made the video on the 0.00 run, he did a lot of prep and thought about what was necessary to improve his damage as much as possible. He voiced the entire thought process on stream, but the video was super-cut just a little too much.
I agree with everything except maybe changli. In the right content she can be great. She has such good aoe and is able to shoot all over the map which I find is jinshi's one weakness(ish). I'm sure every jinshi player knows the pain of "yes, dragon nuke. Everything must be dead. What!? What's this one random guy over here for?" Also as a general overworld character changli is better. It's nit picky small stuff but I do think she should be in the same league as yinlin. She's not as good as jinshi but she should probably be in there
Yeah this is similarly like Xiangling and bennet in genshin....no one found their true value yet in the earlier versions now they're literally the hidden archon characters in the game.
Yeah I personally think Changli is better than Jiyan. People just haven't really experimented with her playstyles and aren't proficient at playing her. Super high damage character with fast rotations, we just need another limited 5* quickswap DPS to pair with her, someone like Yangyang. She also doesn't really have the best main Echo for her playstyle, Inferno Rider can be clunky.
idk i have watched so many vids of jinshi doing lvl 100 heron and beating it in like 70-75 seconds, now i dont got jinshi so i cant say too much but my changli and yinlin team beats lvl 100 heron in 65-60 seconds tho i may tryhard a lot at the game ngl i got the perfect rotation combos

its generally going to be hard to specifically powercreep verina because her kit is completely...well..perfect. she amplifies ALL damage for a good amount of time. she has a good weapon that is easy to obtain with an incredible effect for her (concerto is busted) she works in hypercarry and quickswap teams seamlessly, and only needs 1-2 seconds on the field at a time. shes exceedingly easy to build, can utilize the healing set + bell combo. on top of this she gives the entire team multiple attack buffs, and has a cheat death shield if youre not gitting gud enough. for someone to powercreep her they have to have a similar kit OR they need a resonance skill that provides damage increase/forte increasing capabilities. i agree that with HSR turn based is a much different beast, and even now bronya is still a top tier character, there's just supports that work more specifically to the differing playstyles/metas (break, hypercarry, FuA, they all have their own super powerful meta-specific supports at this point, or even multiple ones) but you can slot her into any of those teams and still do fine. once they start developing healers/supports that are very element/skill/liberation focused then yes, she'll slowly be replaced on every team. but she will always be pretty high tier, and easily accessible.
Personally I believe that similar to how Yuanwu and Taoqi got an increase up the tier list due to Jinhsi I think Lingyang goes up as well due to Zhezhi. She has really brought up Lingyangs damage by a significant amount compared to running Sanhua. And I believe the smoothness of the team (Lingyang, Zhezhi, Baizhi/Verina) has a lot of value as well. I'd say Lingyang is either the top of tier 1 or bottom of Tier 0.5. Havoc rover does have a lot of value as a free unit but other than that I'd even put him past havoc rover after Zhezhi release.
the main reason is because his niche is already filled out by better units (specifically at c/s6, whatever you wanna call it) he works well, but for an aero unit like jiyan, mortefi and verina are pretty indispensable. mortefi amplifies heavy attack damage, which is literally what jiyan's entire enhanced liberation state is (barring the original burst animation which is a combination of his forte and his liberation) and verina is...well. the perfect support. any other teams and he's generally just not gonna pull enough weight. altho i have seen a lvl 90 yangyang with an aalto supp and it was hilariously strong. he's not bad, but t2 is fair considering how limited his supportive capabilities are

I think I might be able to agree with changli's position (as a diehard changli main) as long as its acknowledged that she's also an incredible buffer for characters that are yet to be released. I feel once these huge burst swap fusion characters come out, changli will rise along with them
I didn't plan to use my guaranteed pull for Zhezhi coz of Shorekeeper and Yao's weapon but watching her zoom around the enemies in her trial is just so fun that I caved. I'm gonna pray to RNGesus that I win my shorekeeper 50/50.
Have both encore and jiyan With great echoes, I can confidently say encore deals a little bit more damage than Jiyan. I still don't know why western teir list always have her below jiyan while in cn teir list she is equal or above jiyan since launch and haven't changed. I guess Jiyan grouping is that much of a big deal.
Changli might move up in near future , her damage is crazy I was surprised when I cleared tower of adversity and realised I used wrong level 40 weapon on her so I went against and was surprised even more after seeing her evaporate level 100 boss half health bar with just a single ult
If you manage the quick swap technik , encore is the best dps in the game 40 sec. in Tower 2-2 with a S1R1 Encore, Jinhsi's overall Team Dps cant compete with a Encore Team what is perfectly played.
I understand Verina is in her own class thats just how everyone's tier list is but I can't understand how JJ the only other 5* healer/support is in T1? Even if this was only for the Tower. T1 seems low especially when we need 3 teams. I have both Verina and Jinxian and realized just like with the geo arhcon Zhongli from GI why do I need to think about heals when they can't even break my shield. Unless they release a character that can shield/heal/parry/buff and take 0 damage from bosses. I think JJ isn't going to be powercrept for a long time.
My Jinshi does 120-150k crits and I’m usually happy about it…but I just saw yours do 850k O_O… Mines just about good enough to consistently do the lvl 100’s at 3 star…but 6x my damage wth
Huh how is Changli lower than Jinshi, her DPS is literally equal or more than Jhinshi. Bcz y'all mathematics nerds forget how she has a def shred in her kit and extra 20% dmg bonus which increases her dmg and your also doing more dmg with ur other dps after swapping out from Changli. Meanwhile jinshi takes an eternity to gather her stacks then execute a long combo chain
There is a way, on bosses that usually fly, jump or when you need to dodge a lot Chixia is way better than Calcharo. I truly regret wasting so many resources on him.
even if you are good at quickswapping and cancelling with calcharo, with their new support-dps characters in changli and zhezhi...those two characters specifically are VERY strong. not to mention chixia can solo bosses incredibly easily in ToA if she's built well enough without needing to rely on A: not being canceled or interrupted, something calcharro is infamous for B: building up resonance liberation, where a large majority of your damage lies for this ToA specifically id actually bump chixia UP. she's very strong with good investment.
Encore should be before Changli. I have both. Both can 3 star tower hazard level but with sanhua directly buffing encore and even echos favoring her she does better for now. P.S. love your s0 to s6 damage checks and thanks for making s0 tierlist.
Have you abandoned HSR?? Always thought your star rail character guides are so informative, yet you haven't done any HSR video for Jade/Yunli/Jiaoqiu. And you made so many videos for Wuwa. I wanted to see the Jiaoqiu guide as I'm really looking forward for him, sigh
My biggest regret is all of the mats I put into Calcharo. He is straight trash now just because he feels so bad to play compared to everyone else. I would rather main dps Yinlin and he is basically perma-benched now. Another regret, just a bit, was pulling Changli. I had a guarantee and used it on her - she’s fun and all but her damage is a letdown after seeing how good Jinhsi was.
changli absolutely needs good investment (double crit echo stats across the board, and 8-10 in all of her talents, this alone makes a huge difference) but her damage is fairly comparable (at s0) to jihnsi's, and thats even without a true dedicated support for her. jihnsi has a huge nuke, but changli's sustained damage is much better. and her burst window where she can throw off 2 forte's and her liberation can outdamage jihnsi's nuke + liberation. it just depends really. using similar teams with fairly similar completed builds (jihnsi is 75/260 and changli is 77/270) changli actually beat the 2nd half of the middle ToA for this cycle about 12 seconds faster.
Bruh i just got my first 5 star character which is calcharo and it hurts my heart that he's in a tier with 4 star characters😢 Edit: i got verina now too
I think your bias is showing… how is yinlin still up there at T0 when she’s not the best on any top team? Like how is she a more powerful unit for an account (possibly for any account right now) than Encore, who you only put at T0.5?
Yinlin is a subdps buffing unit which will be good w any electro dps unit released in the near future meanwhile encore will get powercrept the moment they release a limited fusion mdps
@@narukami4959 they did. Encore is still hands down better than changli for 99% of players. And the tier list is supposed to adapt, ie. Yuanwu moving up in 1.2 tier list because jinhsi got released. It’s not supposed to be a reflection of an uncertain future where maybe yinlin is better than she is today.
I'd add a tier between T1 and T2, and move Chixia, Lingyang, and Yangyang down. I don't feel like they are on the same level as Calcharo, Baizhi and Jianxin. Maybe move Spectro Rover up to that tier as well. (S)he is still better than Taoci.
Thank god i invested on verina my first time no real dps really clicked on me wen i was beginner and i then i found out havoc rover was given to us and he had scythe and a fallen angel style, i hard invested on him and used my banners for verina to s2 and lemme tell u, i regret nothing! So i can do majority of game contents with her and rover alone haha
how can you do over 1 million dmg with jinhsi? I have level 90 S0R1 jinhsi with a very good build around 75%/250% crit rate/dmg, fortes maxed out level 90 weapon and I'm usually only getting around 100 to 200k, what am I missing?
We do have quite some time before she drops but if Shorekeeper is a support like Verina she's gonna be a must pull for every account imo.. Just depends how many pulls you already have and then just calculate roughly 9 weeks of saving + events to pull for Shorekeeper if she's the first half of 1.3.
If you’re able to get zhezhi within this week, you should have enough time to save and get shorekeeper. Shorekeepers patch should add another map section so the pull amount would be higher. If you buy the 30 day astrie pass as well then I’m sure you will be fine.
I dont get why zhezhi is T0 1. Yh u can build a good team with her as dps, what is very cool 2. She deals ok off field dps but not great, yinlins dps is double cz of the long field time of zhezhi (prydwen) 3. Her use for jinshi is good, not great, 15% more dmg, 5 sec longer rotation So i dont get it, i feel like she is T0,5 or T1 but T0?!
The individual ult hits may do less damage but it stays longer and does 21 hits in total. Her field time isnt long at all after u intro skill. U do 3 basics into skill - basic - skill - skill - heavy - skill and liberation which might take 7 seconds, probably less in in-game time cuz time slows down or stops when u use her tp skill. I would say Zhezhi field time to get outro skill is close to or on par with verina with a refinement 1 variation. She also deals pretty strong on-field damage. Tldr she is imo very much on par with yinlin
she's absolutely worth her T0 rating after having both her and yinlin built up. yinlin's dps is higher yes, but her required field time and the specific limitations of her off field damage make her slightly less reliable than zhezhi, who not only buffs skill damage (which jihnsi prefers over liberation damage by far) but is also on the field about half as long. but one thing that you may NOT understand as well, is that her 2nd ascension skill gives the character she's outro'ing to, 15 resonance energy, which is HUGE. with someone like yuanwu, or yinlin, or taoqi, jihnsi can do big dick nukes with her skill, but her liberation (which is a sizeable portion of her burst window as well) is usually not up each rotation. with zhezhi, its almost always going to be ready each skill rotation. and thats a massive dps increase.
Pulled jinshi with a free ten they gave on her release. Pulled new character with the free eleven they gave of us just the other day. I also have yinlin and Verina. I’m free to play and I have too much power.
The only thing I disagree with is, taoqi and spectro rover in the same tier as aalto. They both have uses, aalto still doesn't have a decent use, either move aalto down or just push taoqi and rover up. They deserve it

She isn't bad nor is havoc rover. It's literally tier 0.5. 'Bad' characters are much, much lower. That said, Jiyan is more consistent, his dmg in longer fights isn't far behind Jingshi, she just has a lot more frontloaded DMG which is a huge plus for bosses and makes her overall better.
S6 sanhua and S6 Baizhi make a pretty good zhezhi dps team. Either way I always use her for a second team. Just debating if I should further invest. Her revive is so much better than verinas too
baizhi's only real downside is that her attack buff only affects a single character, so rotations with her are pretty specific, and if you screw it up, you lose out on a lot of dps.
@mwbwyatt this game revolves so much on skill and also level that healing doesn't matter all that much. just because of how many resources are given to avoid dmg. The reason verina is so valuable is literally just how quickly she does her job. In a time gated end game, giving so much value in such a short window and such low investment makes her so valuable. Baizhi requires much more feild time and at low investment she feels awful to use. Zhezhi feels amazing to use tho, she feels just as good if not better than verina (ult can be cast mid air).
@@mwbwyatt rotations just feel scuffed rn because base units don't really have a good concerto rotation. The best and most consistent concerto in this game so far for me is Zhezhi. She just feels so damn good and easy to play it doesn't even matter who my dmg dealer is as long as they do enough
Im sorry, 300 to 400k with Jinhsi? I can barely imagine that with mine. 200k is high, though i guess i dont use her optimal nuke team? What team gets her that damage? Had her with YinlinVerina, but I just got Zhezhi so thatll change soon.
I think it's extremely high cons +weapon(and tower spectro bonus), my jinshi is S1R1 with extremely good stats (260 Crit damage , 80 Crit rate and some other stats) , and I could only dream of that damage
he's doing 400k with resonance liberation because of resonance chains. he's s6/r5. not to mention that he has the tower bonus AND taoqi's deepen buff as well. it all adds up to a gigantic nuke. (he did 1.1m with s6)

Verina loves my account it seems like cuz I got her twice in a single 10x pull in the beginner selector banner and lost 50/50 to her twice and both early pity (less than 10)
Good tier list but I still think that Jiyan is better dps than Jinhsi but depends on build and investment I saw in most videos that he can clear abyss faster (Just my opinion Jinhsi is good) Jiyan is better :D
Yes dps wise Jiyan and Jinhsi are pretty close, but the thing is Jiyan takes way longer to deal all his damage, while Jinhsi does all her damage at once... so if you were trying to kill a boss fast Jinhsi is the faster option
Absolutely not lol it would be really hard to powercreep her into Qiqi tier. She provides off-field damage, ATK buff, DMG% buff, and has a really low on-field time. A character like that will be good for the entire lifecycle of a game, even if they powercreep her she'll at worst become an A tier character (like if we get several limited 5* supports/healers that have bigger buffs than her, which will take years). She is the Bennett of this game.

The reason why Changli isn't in top tier is because she is hard to use. She's not a casual friendly unit. One mistake will ruin the whole rotation, even one ultimate that won't crit.
No, even if you have the perfect rotation with her she does exactly the same amount of dps as jiyan, the fact that most people can't play her perfect makes her do less.

Baizhi does practically the same thing if you really dont have a verina you should invest in her for now she provides a 10% damage increase when you use your skill at full stack and outro also buffs damage just like verina but shes way slower on gaining concerto energy(outro) and does little to no damage shes faster on healing than verina tho
Finally, someone who doesn't overhype Changli. Can't expect to be with the other T0 units when you have the multipliers of a sub-dps but the field-time of a main-dps. She definitely needs to be put in the same tier as Encore given that Encore/Sanhua currently outperforms any of Changli's teams (according to Maygi's calcs, the most respected WuWa theorycrafter).
i honestly dont think ppl overhype changli that much, i mean dmg wise, at least is what i see around here, but the gameplay aspect, ohh boy, not a single unit come close to her, her fluidity is on another lvl, the place he put her on this tier list is perfect imho, meta dmg all those 3 bigs are above her (jinhsi, jyan and yinlin) the new unit i have no idea lol
I think she is fine where she is. In one rotation with Forte, Liberation, Forte, not considering damage she does with her Skill, she is easily above 200 K Damage if she crits.
I feel like Verina is a problem as we really don't have equivalent to a healer / support DPS right now. I always need her in my team and I feel it's more a problem than a good thing in WuWa where team building is already very limited (as you don't really have to deal with element interaction most of the time) If Jianxing shield wasn't so slow to create, and usually loosing half of it if not more trying to create it as you take damage while charging, then she could be a better support. Hopefully, we'll get another shielder that would be a good swap to Verina in some teams as we can't use Verina in every team for the Tower !
I strongly feel that Baizhi should be T0.5. She is our 2nd strongest support with lingering outro, you need at least 2 teams and she is your best pick for the 3rd slot after Verina. Even built Yinlin would perform worse or similar in the 3rd slot compare to Baizhi. Right now everyone who wants to 30* the tower should build Baizhi
Yeah idk why people are undervaluing her, she does the exact same thing as Verina. Her healing is slightly higher than Verina's and her buffing is slightly lower.
@@Lubossxd she gets concerto decently fast. If you have enough ER she gets it in 5 - 6s, this is the same or lower then almost every other support, only Verina and San Hua are faster. Verina is still much better though, faster outro + bigger buffs

When IWTL made the video on the 0.00 run, he did a lot of prep and thought about what was necessary to improve his damage as much as possible. He voiced the entire thought process on stream, but the video was super-cut just a little too much.

I agree with everything except maybe changli. In the right content she can be great. She has such good aoe and is able to shoot all over the map which I find is jinshi's one weakness(ish). I'm sure every jinshi player knows the pain of "yes, dragon nuke. Everything must be dead. What!? What's this one random guy over here for?"
Also as a general overworld character changli is better. It's nit picky small stuff but I do think she should be in the same league as yinlin. She's not as good as jinshi but she should probably be in there
Yeah this is similarly like Xiangling and bennet in genshin....no one found their true value yet in the earlier versions now they're literally the hidden archon characters in the game.
Yeah I personally think Changli is better than Jiyan. People just haven't really experimented with her playstyles and aren't proficient at playing her. Super high damage character with fast rotations, we just need another limited 5* quickswap DPS to pair with her, someone like Yangyang. She also doesn't really have the best main Echo for her playstyle, Inferno Rider can be clunky.
idk i have watched so many vids of jinshi doing lvl 100 heron and beating it in like 70-75 seconds, now i dont got jinshi so i cant say too much but my changli and yinlin team beats lvl 100 heron in 65-60 seconds tho i may tryhard a lot at the game ngl i got the perfect rotation combos

HSR's case is quite different being turn based, but I get what you mean. I don't think powercreep is going to hit Verina hard though
its generally going to be hard to specifically powercreep verina because her kit is completely...well..perfect. she amplifies ALL damage for a good amount of time. she has a good weapon that is easy to obtain with an incredible effect for her (concerto is busted) she works in hypercarry and quickswap teams seamlessly, and only needs 1-2 seconds on the field at a time. shes exceedingly easy to build, can utilize the healing set + bell combo. on top of this she gives the entire team multiple attack buffs, and has a cheat death shield if youre not gitting gud enough. for someone to powercreep her they have to have a similar kit OR they need a resonance skill that provides damage increase/forte increasing capabilities.
i agree that with HSR turn based is a much different beast, and even now bronya is still a top tier character, there's just supports that work more specifically to the differing playstyles/metas (break, hypercarry, FuA, they all have their own super powerful meta-specific supports at this point, or even multiple ones) but you can slot her into any of those teams and still do fine.
once they start developing healers/supports that are very element/skill/liberation focused then yes, she'll slowly be replaced on every team. but she will always be pretty high tier, and easily accessible.
Don't be mad at the T0.5 Changli brothers, she still doesn't have her best team yet and she is already that high. Soon...

Personally I believe that similar to how Yuanwu and Taoqi got an increase up the tier list due to Jinhsi I think Lingyang goes up as well due to Zhezhi. She has really brought up Lingyangs damage by a significant amount compared to running Sanhua. And I believe the smoothness of the team (Lingyang, Zhezhi, Baizhi/Verina) has a lot of value as well. I'd say Lingyang is either the top of tier 1 or bottom of Tier 0.5. Havoc rover does have a lot of value as a free unit but other than that I'd even put him past havoc rover after Zhezhi release.

the main reason is because his niche is already filled out by better units (specifically at c/s6, whatever you wanna call it) he works well, but for an aero unit like jiyan, mortefi and verina are pretty indispensable. mortefi amplifies heavy attack damage, which is literally what jiyan's entire enhanced liberation state is (barring the original burst animation which is a combination of his forte and his liberation) and verina is...well. the perfect support. any other teams and he's generally just not gonna pull enough weight.
altho i have seen a lvl 90 yangyang with an aalto supp and it was hilariously strong. he's not bad, but t2 is fair considering how limited his supportive capabilities are

I think I might be able to agree with changli's position (as a diehard changli main) as long as its acknowledged that she's also an incredible buffer for characters that are yet to be released. I feel once these huge burst swap fusion characters come out, changli will rise along with them
I didn't plan to use my guaranteed pull for Zhezhi coz of Shorekeeper and Yao's weapon but watching her zoom around the enemies in her trial is just so fun that I caved. I'm gonna pray to RNGesus that I win my shorekeeper 50/50.
Have both encore and jiyan With great echoes, I can confidently say encore deals a little bit more damage than Jiyan. I still don't know why western teir list always have her below jiyan while in cn teir list she is equal or above jiyan since launch and haven't changed. I guess Jiyan grouping is that much of a big deal.
Changli might move up in near future , her damage is crazy I was surprised when I cleared tower of adversity and realised I used wrong level 40 weapon on her so I went against and was surprised even more after seeing her evaporate level 100 boss half health bar with just a single ult
If you manage the quick swap technik , encore is the best dps in the game 40 sec. in Tower 2-2 with a S1R1 Encore, Jinhsi's overall Team Dps cant compete with a Encore Team what is perfectly played.

I understand Verina is in her own class thats just how everyone's tier list is but I can't understand how JJ the only other 5* healer/support is in T1? Even if this was only for the Tower. T1 seems low especially when we need 3 teams.
I have both Verina and Jinxian and realized just like with the geo arhcon Zhongli from GI why do I need to think about heals when they can't even break my shield.
Unless they release a character that can shield/heal/parry/buff and take 0 damage from bosses. I think JJ isn't going to be powercrept for a long time.
Spectro Rover with the healing set isn't bad, she helped me go 30/30 on the latest ToA, which surprised me.

Huh how is Changli lower than Jinshi, her DPS is literally equal or more than Jhinshi. Bcz y'all mathematics nerds forget how she has a def shred in her kit and extra 20% dmg bonus which increases her dmg and your also doing more dmg with ur other dps after swapping out from Changli.
Meanwhile jinshi takes an eternity to gather her stacks then execute a long combo chain
There's just no way lingyan and chixia as dps characters are on par with calcharo. Should be at least in T2 or honestly in T3
There is a way, on bosses that usually fly, jump or when you need to dodge a lot Chixia is way better than Calcharo. I truly regret wasting so many resources on him.

even if you are good at quickswapping and cancelling with calcharo, with their new support-dps characters in changli and zhezhi...those two characters specifically are VERY strong. not to mention chixia can solo bosses incredibly easily in ToA if she's built well enough without needing to rely on A: not being canceled or interrupted, something calcharro is infamous for B: building up resonance liberation, where a large majority of your damage lies
for this ToA specifically id actually bump chixia UP. she's very strong with good investment.

Encore should be before Changli. I have both. Both can 3 star tower hazard level but with sanhua directly buffing encore and even echos favoring her she does better for now.

My biggest regret is all of the mats I put into Calcharo. He is straight trash now just because he feels so bad to play compared to everyone else. I would rather main dps Yinlin and he is basically perma-benched now.
Another regret, just a bit, was pulling Changli. I had a guarantee and used it on her - she’s fun and all but her damage is a letdown after seeing how good Jinhsi was.
changli absolutely needs good investment (double crit echo stats across the board, and 8-10 in all of her talents, this alone makes a huge difference) but her damage is fairly comparable (at s0) to jihnsi's, and thats even without a true dedicated support for her. jihnsi has a huge nuke, but changli's sustained damage is much better. and her burst window where she can throw off 2 forte's and her liberation can outdamage jihnsi's nuke + liberation. it just depends really. using similar teams with fairly similar completed builds (jihnsi is 75/260 and changli is 77/270) changli actually beat the 2nd half of the middle ToA for this cycle about 12 seconds faster.

Yinlin is a subdps buffing unit which will be good w any electro dps unit released in the near future meanwhile encore will get powercrept the moment they release a limited fusion mdps

And the tier list is supposed to adapt, ie. Yuanwu moving up in 1.2 tier list because jinhsi got released. It’s not supposed to be a reflection of an uncertain future where maybe yinlin is better than she is today.

I'd add a tier between T1 and T2, and move Chixia, Lingyang, and Yangyang down. I don't feel like they are on the same level as Calcharo, Baizhi and Jianxin. Maybe move Spectro Rover up to that tier as well. (S)he is still better than Taoci.
Thank god i invested on verina my first time no real dps really clicked on me wen i was beginner and i then i found out havoc rover was given to us and he had scythe and a fallen angel style, i hard invested on him and used my banners for verina to s2 and lemme tell u, i regret nothing! So i can do majority of game contents with her and rover alone haha

how can you do over 1 million dmg with jinhsi? I have level 90 S0R1 jinhsi with a very good build around 75%/250% crit rate/dmg, fortes maxed out level 90 weapon and I'm usually only getting around 100 to 200k, what am I missing?
I don’t agree with pulling Jianxin a tier down yet. For now she’s a tank healer which is a great combo since you can’t multiply verina by three.

We do have quite some time before she drops but if Shorekeeper is a support like Verina she's gonna be a must pull for every account imo..

If you’re able to get zhezhi within this week, you should have enough time to save and get shorekeeper. Shorekeepers patch should add another map section so the pull amount would be higher. If you buy the 30 day astrie pass as well then I’m sure you will be fine.

2. She deals ok off field dps but not great, yinlins dps is double cz of the long field time of zhezhi (prydwen)
3. Her use for jinshi is good, not great, 15% more dmg, 5 sec longer rotation

The individual ult hits may do less damage but it stays longer and does 21 hits in total. Her field time isnt long at all after u intro skill. U do 3 basics into skill - basic - skill - skill - heavy - skill and liberation which might take 7 seconds, probably less in in-game time cuz time slows down or stops when u use her tp skill. I would say Zhezhi field time to get outro skill is close to or on par with verina with a refinement 1 variation. She also deals pretty strong on-field damage.
Tldr she is imo very much on par with yinlin
she's absolutely worth her T0 rating after having both her and yinlin built up. yinlin's dps is higher yes, but her required field time and the specific limitations of her off field damage make her slightly less reliable than zhezhi, who not only buffs skill damage (which jihnsi prefers over liberation damage by far) but is also on the field about half as long.
but one thing that you may NOT understand as well, is that her 2nd ascension skill gives the character she's outro'ing to, 15 resonance energy, which is HUGE. with someone like yuanwu, or yinlin, or taoqi, jihnsi can do big dick nukes with her skill, but her liberation (which is a sizeable portion of her burst window as well) is usually not up each rotation. with zhezhi, its almost always going to be ready each skill rotation. and thats a massive dps increase.

Is Changli really that bad to go into havoc rover tier? From my experience she's stronger than Jiyan (I have both with signatures).
She isn't bad nor is havoc rover. It's literally tier 0.5. 'Bad' characters are much, much lower. That said, Jiyan is more consistent, his dmg in longer fights isn't far behind Jingshi, she just has a lot more frontloaded DMG which is a huge plus for bosses and makes her overall better.
Stronger than jiyan? Your jiyan is just built worse than changli or you're just really skilled with changli

S6 sanhua and S6 Baizhi make a pretty good zhezhi dps team. Either way I always use her for a second team. Just debating if I should further invest. Her revive is so much better than verinas too
baizhi's only real downside is that her attack buff only affects a single character, so rotations with her are pretty specific, and if you screw it up, you lose out on a lot of dps.
@mwbwyatt this game revolves so much on skill and also level that healing doesn't matter all that much. just because of how many resources are given to avoid dmg. The reason verina is so valuable is literally just how quickly she does her job. In a time gated end game, giving so much value in such a short window and such low investment makes her so valuable. Baizhi requires much more feild time and at low investment she feels awful to use. Zhezhi feels amazing to use tho, she feels just as good if not better than verina (ult can be cast mid air).

I think it's extremely high cons +weapon(and tower spectro bonus), my jinshi is S1R1 with extremely good stats (260 Crit damage , 80 Crit rate and some other stats) , and I could only dream of that damage
he's doing 400k with resonance liberation because of resonance chains. he's s6/r5. not to mention that he has the tower bonus AND taoqi's deepen buff as well. it all adds up to a gigantic nuke. (he did 1.1m with s6)

Yes dps wise Jiyan and Jinhsi are pretty close, but the thing is Jiyan takes way longer to deal all his damage, while Jinhsi does all her damage at once... so if you were trying to kill a boss fast Jinhsi is the faster option

Absolutely not lol it would be really hard to powercreep her into Qiqi tier. She provides off-field damage, ATK buff, DMG% buff, and has a really low on-field time. A character like that will be good for the entire lifecycle of a game, even if they powercreep her she'll at worst become an A tier character (like if we get several limited 5* supports/healers that have bigger buffs than her, which will take years). She is the Bennett of this game.
Honestly verina is in different boat and she does more than just healing. Since she provides some solid buffs.

The reason why Changli isn't in top tier is because she is hard to use. She's not a casual friendly unit. One mistake will ruin the whole rotation, even one ultimate that won't crit.

i honestly dont think ppl overhype changli that much, i mean dmg wise, at least is what i see around here, but the gameplay aspect, ohh boy, not a single unit come close to her, her fluidity is on another lvl, the place he put her on this tier list is perfect imho, meta dmg all those 3 bigs are above her (jinhsi, jyan and yinlin) the new unit i have no idea lol
I think she is fine where she is. In one rotation with Forte, Liberation, Forte, not considering damage she does with her Skill, she is easily above 200 K Damage if she crits.
also her forte and liberation that have Huge aoe will quickly wipe out enemies is handy.

no. But is an excellent 4* sustain/healer
She provides shield with bellborne echo and heals. Her attacks like throwing the pet or spinning it is bad.

I feel like Verina is a problem as we really don't have equivalent to a healer / support DPS right now.
I always need her in my team and I feel it's more a problem than a good thing in WuWa where team building is already very limited (as you don't really have to deal with element interaction most of the time)
If Jianxing shield wasn't so slow to create, and usually loosing half of it if not more trying to create it as you take damage while charging, then she could be a better support.
Hopefully, we'll get another shielder that would be a good swap to Verina in some teams as we can't use Verina in every team for the Tower !

i have both built really well with maxed skills, and id say theyre very close, changli might sliiiiiiightly edge him out at s0.

I strongly feel that Baizhi should be T0.5. She is our 2nd strongest support with lingering outro, you need at least 2 teams and she is your best pick for the 3rd slot after Verina. Even built Yinlin would perform worse or similar in the 3rd slot compare to Baizhi. Right now everyone who wants to 30* the tower should build Baizhi

Yeah idk why people are undervaluing her, she does the exact same thing as Verina. Her healing is slightly higher than Verina's and her buffing is slightly lower.

@@Lubossxd she gets concerto decently fast. If you have enough ER she gets it in 5 - 6s, this is the same or lower then almost every other support, only Verina and San Hua are faster. Verina is still much better though, faster outro + bigger buffs

s0 changli puts more dmg than jiyan , he just doesnt know how to play her
@@khalidct4160 because you only compare her dmg but not team combo potential, jiyan+mortefi is absolute formidable while changli is very hard on swap cancelling and tbh not everyone comp with changli can deal higher dmg output than jiyan+morfi
