I would imagine that in order to rescind on an agreement to purchase, then the sale must be contingent on valuation or any other contingencies, the buyer stipulates and agreed to by the seller.

If the land costs $3 million and I have the money, I shouldn't pay the full amount cash? Instead, pay down most and take out a small mortgage for added security?

In buying the land does both vender and buyer need to do a survey and evaluation or is it the buyer that should do the valuation and vender does the survey

Good day, in purchasing a parcel of land what’s the agreement fee that is usually charged? I understand it to be 0.20% of land price. I’m I correct and Do I have to add GCT (15%) to this portion when paying?
Also the GCT added to Attorney fee would it be 15% or *0.49% of attorneys fee?

Attorney's fees will vary and not all will charge GCT. The usual conveyancing fee ranges between 2%-3% of the sale price.

Hello, is it best to buy freehold land? Does that mean you own it forever? Or can "regular" land be purchased and kept forever?

How long does the average seller give an interested purchaser to complete the land purchase? From start to finish when the transaction is closed. For example, if I see a land listing and contact the seller or his agent showing interest and pay down a quarter of the cost, how long after will the seller or agent give me to complete the purchase?
