My selection criteria was deeply scientific: 1. New or a demo. You can certainly find better deals on used gear, but that introduces too many variables. 2. I like it. The end.
you all probably dont care but does any of you know a trick to log back into an instagram account..? I somehow forgot my login password. I would love any tips you can offer me.
@Aaron Bryan i really appreciate your reply. I got to the site thru google and im waiting for the hacking stuff atm. I see it takes quite some time so I will reply here later with my results.
The pt special truly is special. I’ve had mine for almost a month now I got the sunburst but I love it so much. It is insane the quality that you get from this affordable guitar. I would definitely recommend it to everyone.
Just bought my daughter a Squier Strat Mini (shell pink) for Xmas. Just under 200 bucks delivered, came with a backpack style soft case. No buzzing, no dead notes, and put together nicely with a great paint job. Getting a new guitar is great, but giving someone you love their first guitar really takes the cake. 🎸
Mine was more of a Christmas present to myself. But they had a Smokehouse Studio Les Paul for $600 for a Demo. So glad I snagged it. Now just need to sell the Epiphone :)
I can 100% get behind you doing a demo of a 57 jade. That’d be awesome. Bout to see if that demo is still available. Then stare at it like an idiot for awhile. The value used to be in used guitars. Still is in some ways. Check your local marketplace listings, online... who knows.
I just pulled the trigger on an ASAT Special Tribute, which didn't make the list. I have some parts left over from a couple of Telecaster builds, so it will get a new nut and tuners. Telecaster style guitars are magical and its hard to argue with the list you compiled. The PT Special was one I seriously considered, but I would've probably changed too many things to suit me.
Soooo funny back in 2001 GW Bush gave out a $600 stimulus check, so i when out and bought my first Fender, a MIM, 70's reissue, still have it today and love it.
Two weeks ago I found this guitar too, I do not like Tele’s but feel like I “have” to have one or my collection doesn’t count... the PT special looks the most acceptable to me as a not Tele ever person. I’ve tried owning two... still just, no.
I paid an extra $150 to my stimmy check, but it was worth it for this funky, vintage beauty: reverb.com/item/37255814-maccaferri-g40-1950s-vintage-plastic-archtop-guitar-w-hangtag I know, "that's not how this works!"

@Aaron Bryan It worked and I finally got access to my account again. Im so happy!
Thank you so much, you really help me out!
@Ricky Zaire glad I could help xD

I want to try one!
@@guitarmovies yes you do because I got one and it is fantastic

That Schecter is on my list too!! I just found out about that guitar and she is the next for me!
Just seeing this video tonight. My Shec PT Special 3-tone burst arrives tomorrow. ---Couldn't resist the P-90/Tele combo either 😲
Schecter PT. The black one with the Super Rock pickups.
It would have cool if you scoured Reverb for some truly unique used deals.
dude i just got a classic vibe tele a week ago, holy shit. ive been playin my LP for so long and dude for $450 the telecaster is insane.
Nice! Yeah, they are fantastic guitars.
Revstar 502
Great choice.
I have a Schecter PT Deluxe with dual humbuckers and I love it, it's by far my favorite guitar I own.
Mine was more of a Christmas present to myself. But they had a Smokehouse Studio Les Paul for $600 for a Demo. So glad I snagged it. Now just need to sell the Epiphone :)
Nice!
I have the Epi SG Special. It's one of the best guitars I've owned, and I've owned LOADS over the years. There's also sod all neck dive.
Great list! Nice variety. Ditto on the Flying V. Having owned the Schecter PT I loved it but the weight is a bummer.
Are they heavy? I didn’t even look at weights.
@@guitarmovies I owned a red older model and a black satin finish model and they were "weighty."
Player telecaster. Done in one.
(you can find them on reverb for 600 that is)
Just got one like two months ago. I can't imagine living without it.
@@SomeJustice19k Same actually last month for me. Honestly one of the best guitars I own.
I would treat myself to an Epiphone 66 worn wilshire pro w/ mini humbuckers (kinda hard to find but usually within $600 range)
that'd be a good one!
Great video!

The more I look at it the more I like it. It probably should've been higher on my list.
@@guitarmovies I have a 59 nos from them. It’s an odd guitar, but I really like it.
I just got a Gretsch g5230t with a Bigsby and its sooooo nice. Unbelievable amount of guitar for the money.
For me, Schecter #1, close second, the Gretsch

I vote for the Gretsch. Love my electromatic.
I’ve been looking for a guitar with p90s, but also want a tele. And then I found this... I’ll have it by the weekend.
Awesome!
Soooo funny back in 2001 GW Bush gave out a $600 stimulus check, so i when out and bought my first Fender, a MIM, 70's reissue, still have it today and love it.
Yo that Epiphone Firebird is my choice. Fishman Fluence pickups!? That’s a monster of a guitar
I want a firebird so bad
Player Duo Sonic HS. If you can handle 24 scale, it’s higher quality than any Squier.
I have own a "Schecter tempest custom, bought it around 535$, an awesome guitar for the money
I have a Schecter PT Special in purple burst on order as a combo birthday and XMAS present. It is on "pre-order" and it could be a few months.
Is that a Marr Jag back there?
Hi 5
I got one too!
G&L Tribute Fallout
Every one you picked has been on my "uhh, whoa, THIS one...?" list for months. As my Dear Olde Ma usta say - great beards think alike...!
DO IT
I got the Epiphone Worn Blue Denim Finish Casino with P90s. It is beyond.
Buy the Gretsch outstanding guitar
I think you’d love the Godin Radiator , it’s made in Canada... like me!
I almost included the Stadium but it was just outside the budget. Godin is awesome.
I've just started looking for those PT specials but they seem to be selling out everywhere online.
Oh I love it. 🤣🤣🤣 Still waiting on my government hush money.
I'm torn between a tele and the shecter pt special............
I bought a John Petrucci dreamscape pedal
Two weeks ago I found this guitar too, I do not like Tele’s but feel like I “have” to have one or my collection doesn’t count... the PT special looks the most acceptable to me as a not Tele ever person. I’ve tried owning two... still just, no.
I bought 6 $100 guitars from my local Pawn Shop.
No stimulus check in the UK but I’d be all about the Epi LP special if we got $600. @Guitar Movies show us the DC u been hiding!! 😉
Ha! I’m working on the video for it!
So... did you buy the Schecter or......
Nope!
Feeling ya brother...

I know, "that's not how this works!"
That’s real purty!
Your behind on your rent but a guitar would be nice. I just need a power converter for my car so my amp will work in my new living quarters, my car.
Stay away from that Schecter. The model # is 666.
Rent and food first, then a used Tele!
Neck on the PT is tinted, not roasted.
No diversity in your picks!
🧠🔨
I need boyfriend 💋💋💋💋💋💞💞💞💞
You’ll do better on Tinder
Why make it political?
It’s a video about what you could buy with a stimulus check
