Thank you for showing the realities of travel. I have felt this way before too while traveling and wasn't sure if it was just me sometimes, since so many people just show the highlights. Even thought I have a great time traveling, it can definitely make you miss aspects about home and people at home. Not many people that I have watched have conveyed that and just been real about it. So thank you!
I empathize with this so much. I backpacked Europe for 7 months, and by month 6, I was unbearably homesick. It's not even for home itself, but normal rhythms, like you said, and people who understand the place that defines us. I too could not wait for my flight home. Looking back six years later though, it was so worth it to push myself and struggle in that way to learn about what I need from my life. Hope you can do some good reflecting while you wait ~ (I do still tell people who ask for travel advice not to go for longer than 3 months 😅)
Seeing my home town of Goulburn in a video about someone visiting Australia is pretty cool. Not really a tourist attraction but it's nice to see someone enjoy their time there.
I love your traveling vlogs so much, the way you film and describe things *chef's kiss* 😘 💕 I'm sorry you're feeling so homesick but am also in awe of how you keep trying new things outside of your comfort places 👏 If you ever get to travel to the US, I hope you get to experience the beautiful and breathtaking rural areas 🏞🌾🏕 Love from 🇺🇲 🖤
I always look forward to these tour videos. You seem like such a down to earth and lovely person. Would love to see you do some more of these videos when you get back home. Lake District and the Yorkshire Dales would be my suggestion for vids back in the UK. Much love from sunny Lancashire!
You look really beautiful, I think it's hard when you're used to getting all dressed up, maybe you don't feel as attractive but from my perspective you look beautiful. Not that it matters what you look like but I hope that helps. Travelling can be draining emotionally, I remember feeling overwhelmed at times and then guilty, I totally get where you're coming from. Take it easy x
I love seeing home through the eyes of someone who doesn’t live here ❤ reminds me I really take living in Sydney for granted. Hope you contribute loving your Australia trip 🇦🇺🦘
Australia is beautiful!!!! Seeing the beaches reminds me so much of Tampa Florida where I am from, I’m living in Texas so it’s a totally different vibe out here. I do miss home sometimes but I love the country vibe of Texas☺️
Great video, made me feel nostalgic thou. Back in 2014 i spent 2 weeks in Sydney, my aunt and my uncle lived in Mona Vale, 20/30 min. of car far from downtown. The outdoor and the sunset.. i recognize those colours, they are quite unique. Nice.
26:48 I know how that feels. I too am always trying to get back to Homebase. I never check if I'm buying the right paint tin and the amount of times I've had to return them I've honestly lost count. At this point, I have a kitchen drawer full of bloody receipts - Homebase, B&Q, Wickes, John Lewis. Always having to go back.
Thank you for sharing your experiences in Australia 🇦🇺 with us.The beaches look amazing. The snakes would be a problem for me. That must have been cool to watch a movie outside at night. Have a great day and thanks again for sharing.
As an Australian, it's so wonderful to see how you are enjoying Australia. Sydney harbor certainly seems like it was everything it promised. You have discovered something that every Australian believes - you could have skipped Canberra (it's so boring Canberra people hate it). I hope you get to see some other great places, like the wonders of the Outback & Uluru, the natural wonders of the Great Barrier Reef and Melbourne, our big sport, food & cultural center. However, sometimes, it's best to skip the touristy places, as they can be cliche. I also totally get the homesickness and the drain of needing to put up a brave front while dragging yourself out of bed for another day, when all you want is to get back to the familiar. I was awfully sad when I was on my long trip and had days when I felt awful, so that's something we all suffer from. Can't wait to see where you go next! Enjoy.
Lmao, I have broken so many laws where you took that thumbnail, brings up some funny memories. Never thought I would see a foreign ASMR channel make a video there, cheers from G town
You're so f'in beautiful😍...Love how real you are about traveling especially the stuff you don't like or isn't that fun. Too many channels are fluffed up with fakeness and B.S. and you tell it how it is the good and the bad. Keep doin you!
Yeah there’s seriously no reason to go to Canberra, most people go there once on school camp in grade six or year eight and never go again. I mean I went there recently because we drove all the way from Victoria to Queensland (edit: Gold Coast specifically) so on the way back we stopped for a bit in Canberra.
@@lammy2140 I went to the museum there kinda recently and I think it must’ve been in a period of renovation and redoing sections because it was kinda empty. But I’ve heard people that went there since I’ve been that lives it so idk
@@blissfulwhisperasmr I liked your Video I was saying that to some ppl that come from lot colder countries if your not used to heat I would tell every one come in are winter or spring
My love super enerji bravo If we had a choice when descending to earth, I would descend only for you and only for you. This is the big-bellied spaceship called Earth, darling. I love you.

Very creative way to save money traveling. I wish I would have tried that out when I was younger.

Canberra, a nice city, but you don't need an extensive amount of time there, or any really.
A sentiment echoed by every Australian
