- Alan Kay provides useful tips of what to stock your fundamental bag with for critical situations. He informs us about how to bug out, what's in his bug out bag, creating a bug out plan, and he lays out everything that he's put into his bag so that you can see his full bug out bag setup. It's very important to have a family bug out plan. This includes sanitary and hygiene items for the women and girls. I recommend that women get a menstrual cup or several for their bag. Let's say SHTF, there's a zombie apocalypse, end of civilization, civil unrest and or there's a serious crisis then you're going to eventually run out of tampons or pads. If you don't like the idea of a menstrual cup then you might need to get several boxes of tampons/pads for your bag which will consume a lot of space. The upside of tampons is that they have multiple uses from using the cotton to light fires making it a great fire tinder, using it as a medical bandage and using it for cordage.
Alan is the winner of the first season of Alone History Channel and a man of international intrigue. He wrote a book with Chris Weatherman, author of many Post Apocalypse books.

My buddy talked up "Alone" on my last camping trip. So when I got back I binged season 1. Alan is the friggin man. Bad ass survivalist who speaks like a shakespearian actor, recites poetry, and appreciates the finer things in life like sauted slugs and limpets.
The moment he showed that crazy side I knew he would be the winner.
There’s a big fella that lives around here named Mike. He sounds just like Alan, they talk the same way, same delivery, same humble alpha male presentation. Mike is so strong and big that he just barely touches the shovel and the whole spade disappears in the ground. The 60 year old man can dig a 4’ hole with a shovel in about 10 mins. I’ve seen cops apologize to him and he can play any instrument like an Angel and recite bible versus from anywhere in the Bible.
Idk about y’all but I’ve noticed that there are a few different types of people out there that we see over and over again, like they are literally cut from the same cloth but live their own lives

You have all your house there and you don't look so fit, i doubt alan kay advised you to do that, you may got it wrong... Alan Kay only show gear he need for his knowledge and needs. But i get it, writing in title Alone or Alan Kay or something to get clicks is clever.

@@warlantactical Curious as to what I could learn from someone who speaks so highly of himself. If 7 minutes out of a 14 minute educational video is spent rambling, what I've learned is that find something that is actually educational from someone other than a self proclaimed "guru."
