Brother, brother. This production of yours needs to be viewed by millions - your message of strength and awaking the will inside, will help countless of those struggling. I salute you for not only beating the curse, but for your willingness and ability to share it publicly. Your best video yet. Adventure on, my friend.

Jeff, I would title this video as The Power of One More! We met in 2018 in Vermont, one person going north, one person going south. I did not meet IBTAT the cussing son of a gun hiker. I met Jeff the most thoughtful, generous and respectful man that you are. My only regret is I did not get a picture with you, so to keep that memory alive in my present I just watch all of your videos. Thank you for this video as it will be a life changing video for people all over the world. Happy Hiking

THIS IS THE BEST VIDEO YOU'VE EVER PRODUCED. It's rare to watch a video that is both a celebration of personal achievement and a means to save other lives, but that's what you've accomplished. I'm glad you took that first step toward saving your life. You're a good man with incredible strength, determination, and artistic talent. I hope you have the opportunity to personally share this video with those seeking a path to sobriety, as your presence in the room garners respect. Congratulations to you, and may your life continue to be blessed with the sanctuary of nature.

Jeff, I have watched your videos from the very first one & everyone after that. You Sir have found your purpose in life, to inspire others who feel like they just can’t go on. You have inspired me to get up & face another day, everyday. I sit every morning & drink my cup of coffee with you & say GMMFSS. Then I get ready for my day & keep on going. Thank you Jeff. You don’t know how much you mean to me by just being you & sharing your videos. 🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂

Amazing! I’ve followed you on all three, plus Scotland. Have your stickers, etc. I’m old enough to be your Mom. I’ve seen addiction take down many. You’ve conquered it somehow. My oldest is bipolar and I see what the wilderness does for him, as I see what it does for all. You have a gift and I hope your future finds you with others who need your gift and sharing what you mastered.

In society, some of us gets to extract themselves from survival when they adhere to the artificial construct that the farmers see fit. As this fantasy is falling apart, survival becomes joyful. For men fantasies are all really nightmares. For those who are unfit in the farm, drugs can supply some dream. Yet surviving have plenty more to offer. Men remain social creatures. They are not designed to survive alone. Until they reach 13, they need someone compassion to look after their 6 fondamental needs. That makes compassion the 7th fundamental need. When you pass 13, if the slavery in the farm have no place for you, then it start restraining sufficient compassion to survive. For it is an artificial farm. And we are designed free as much as we are made social.
From this one can learn that men cruelty is the obstacle to any goal, being antonym of compassion. Which is one of the few fundamental need. With this, the one priority above all in the achievement of any goal is to preach compassion.
