Hank Snow was the best there ever was!!!!!!! I play his music everyday. I have EVERYTHING HE EVER RECORDED!!!!!!! I loved him then and I love him still. His Truest Fan.
I like your comment... he was my dear departed Dad's idol so I grew up hearing his songs constantly and thinking this man was a member of the family somehow :) It brings a smile to my face and a tears to my eyes to know that others felt the same... thanks...
Love the old Singing Ranger. Such a great guitar player and a voice that was so heartfelt and distinctive. No one like him in today's market at all. Miss the old country guys. Just wish he would have used some type of a pickup on that Martin to hear him pick better. Loved his music since I was a kid.
really wonderful to hear hank singing his beautiful songs... there is no one who will ever matcth hanks beautiful voice...he has been my very faverite for 65 years...god bless you hank
Followed him since i Iwas 16 I'm 76 now, like a fine old wine his songs just seem to grow in stature and mellow with age, my darlin wife and I spent many a lovely evening listening to Hank like him she has joined the angels .
There just is no one in country music that can replace are you compare to Hank I was only 4 when my grandpa took me to work with him you though when he use to care for his horses & dogs when he was on tour, i even remember his horse's name Shawny... From what I am told he and my mom had a date just before his horrific accident we lived in New Brunswick Canada love that man...
I grew up in a little place called Snohomish, Washington. It was nothing unusual for my mom and dad to put on a stack of great country music records, on the record player any given day. Being from B.C., my dad would include one of Hank Snow's wonderful albums, along with Johnny Horton, George Jones, the Browns and other great singers. It was the best time in a young girl's life!
First time I've heard this ever and I love it!Rascal Flatts,Taylor Swift, and Carrie Underwood have a lot to prove before they're ever icons like the late Hank Snow in the country music business.
I l❤V Hank Snow❤ L ❤V this song🌹❤️ My oldest brother at the age of 12 yrs. sang & played this song.. back in 1949. Recorded it on a home paper record. The recording's were sent to the Hank Snow Museum. Beautiful song🎶
His performance is impeccable, bet no country singers do this now
