    Ok then how come all the "myths" happen every time my baby gets new teeth? 🙄

      @renmills9670 Год назад

      Right? I was told the diarrhoea is caused by excess saliva being swallowed as well as the diaper rash

      I like how they start. The video with every baby is different, but then generalize symptoms of all of them. 😅 like if they are all different then these aren’t myths they are just less common occurrences but still real. Video a little wonky

      @@SarahbearJayne I think she is referring to "teething" and not the symptoms.

    3 kids, all had a raised temperature during teething, a bit of diarrhoea and vomiting, so whether the Temperature went up by 1 degree or whatever the fact is it was higher than normal

    The Fact is that teething can cause a temperature to rise to a dangerous level which can lead to convulsions, diarrhea and vomiting can also be associated with teething. Swollen gums and flushed cheeks. Some babies require medical intervention and some sail through their teething months.

      Teething should not cause a high fever. Any baby with a high fever needs to be checked by a doctor.

    As a baby, I didn’t get my first tooth until 18 months. My 3.5 month old son is already teething. Two ends of the spectrum.

    The best time to begin brushing your child’s teeth is…drum roll please…when they get their first tooth! Yes. As soon as it pokes its little edges out of the gums, teeth will begin to build up plaque. At this stage however, it is not necessary to use a toothbrush or toothpaste. Merely wrap a soft washcloth around your finger and gently wipe the teeth clean.

    As humans, we have 2 sets of teeth. Baby teeth (aka primary teeth) and Adult teeth (aka secondary teeth). Unlike a shark, who has multiple rows of teeth as well as the ability to regenerate a tooth when it is lost, that is all we get! So, it is important to take care of them.
