ik this won’t work for everyone but what helped me was the friends I had surrounding me, i was in a toxic relationship that ik wasn’t good for me. My cousin is like a brother to me, when me and my gf broke up he was the only person i had the helped me get through it. I am a realistic person, I feel like i’m more mature than the average high school senior so the break up didn’t affect me an any way, it kind of just pushed me more towards my goals. As if the relationship was a distraction. I knew that if i was sitting there crying all day i wouldn’t want to go to work or grind in general tbh that break up taught me a lot of things & probably one the best thing that happened to me. My confidence is amazing now!

Been feeling down recently and the memories started appearing in my mind again. Trying to hold myself and devote myself for future growth but its so damn hard man. This year had it all, been able to start on the right foot and find my first job at a major global tech company, met my first gf and lost my v card, but it ended poorly, with much to reflect on.
Hopefully next year gonna be brighter for me overall, ima start it with a tattoo ive been thinking about doing for a long time now, as a reminder for myself.

I feel like nobody can necessarily “get over” a break immediately bc it can be hard. After loving and happy moments and whatnot it leaves a scar almost. I stand victim to this and I didn’t rlly completely get over the breakup till a year later after the break up. Not only this, I started to focus on myself more and the pain lessened for sure. 💯

Like for me, I feel like my past relationships wasn’t successful bc I was too focused and in love with her physical features (pretty looks, body) rather than acknowledging what she has to offer. Like she was into some sort of business and pursing her dreams as a model but I’ve failed to look upon that in the relationship.
