Attachment is very crippling even when you're involved with someone at the time because if or when that relationship or friendship ends, then it's even harder to emotionally get over because you are more deeply involved!!!

How can you love someone who has caused you so much pain and suffering. Well that's my situation. I still love her so much but I hate her so much at the same time. She was supposed to be the light at the end of this tunnel but this tunnel goes on forever and that tunnel is filled with all of my demons.
Last year, I blew my chances with an amazing girl because I was not healed from my past traumas. I suffered and was determined to heal myself and possibly get another chance from her. I thought she was the one for me and I ended up getting another chance, and we developed an amazing connection. However it didn’t work out, timing, and just not wanting the same things. Yes I’m hurt from the loss, she may be too. But she inspired me to become a better man and I am forever grateful for that. yes this is an old video, but I’m back here because I needed this message.
