I can’t imagine my life without Todd in it. Like an older and much more wise the my own big brother. He lives his entire life without compassion. Some men’s worlds is only hate and money. That’s why I always considered Todd’s council through music to be a better source of inspiration and entertainment. Met him several times over the utopia years and solo shows. He’s a real man Imo
Japan made this cd in the end of last century. Because Todd is the king in Japan.
I will always need TOOD RUNDGREN IN MY CONFUSED MIND. I WILL NEVER STRAY FROM PURE LOVE JUST LIKE HIM.

Interesting collection...I was going to college at SUNY Oswego when we took a road trip to see Utopia at Syracuse...the same show that they performed 3 songs on this CD from The Landmark Theater in 79.

A album full of great songs. Young Todd,love it!
We saw the Sigma Sound "Live On The Radio" Show broadcast by WMMR. My girlfriend had hand addressed 300 postcards to get us tickets. We stayed for a bit afterwards to hear the tape of what went out on the air [with effects] but then went home as Lois had to work the next morning. Great, intimate show!

How do you get to your watch later list? I seem to have lost it.
I remember picking this up when it was released the summer of 1998. I must have played "Open my Eyes" on repeat 100 times lol(After hearing that guitar and the vibrato work on it , it made me regret selling my Fender Mustang guitar years before. I bought another a few years later!!) It was so exciting to pick things up like this, then a couple years later "Demos and lost albums" was released. Unfortunately there hasn't been any releases since then as exciting as these.
I had this in my watch later list... And I just watched it. Really soothing. Todd was in such great voice. .still miss Jesse.
I agree Lynn, Todd's voice is still amazing, but that young vocal range had a kind of innocence to it. I think you said it best, referring to it as "soothing" !

Hang on Paul and Hold me Tight the demos are cool, the rest I dont know.
"Hang On Paul" isn't included on this album and "Hold Me Tight" is a Beatles cover. Nevertheless there are quite a few "hits" (although in various different versions) included on this album. Surprising that you didn't recognize those...???
@@JoeyBrunoMusicArchives Listen to it again, the guitar rhythm and effects is similar to the nazz recording Hang on Paul. That was the gist of my post.

Unfortunately this CD has long been out or print. It used to show up here and there on eBay, but I haven't seen it there in years.
