I missed one by a day... I want one even more now! First 4wd or any car for that manner, I'd driven on my own was a cj2a 1947. The Tj is the best Jeep ever built with the 4.0l straight 6 manual. My dream vehicle...
A 4cyl jeep with 33’s on a hill will make sure you can drive a manual transmission. I must say I have never been challenged more by any vehicle so glad I learned on it.😂😂
Unless you have no real hills or mountains or interstates around you, 4.10s and 35s are terrible. No ifs, ands or buts about it. I'm running 5.13s and 35s with the 6 speed and it's the best money I've spent on the TJ.
To each their own. You say it’s absolutely terrible but I feel like it drives just fine and I have plenty of hills here in PA. It’s not the Rocky Mountains, but I am very happy. When I bumped up from 33s to 35s, I was worried 4.10s would be atrocious by what I read online. But I quickly realized in real-world application, it is just fine. So I can’t pull a 35% grade in 5th and I have to kick it to 4th, no big deal to me. I am by no means arguing, as I may re-gear in the future as I do believe 4.56 or 4.88 would be nice. However, I truly believe it is definitely not necessary. Just my opinion. Thanks for watching 👍🏻
The 4.0 is one of the greatest engines of all time.
Nice video! I have a 2004 Jeep Wrangler Rocky Mountain edition in Patriot Blue. Completely stock with 28,000 miles original owner.

Seats are nicer than I expected!
Sounds good! First thing I did on my '98 TJ Sahara was remove the bulb for the shift light lol.
I was in there replacing blown cluster bulbs not too long ago and completely forgot to pull that bulb 🤦🏼♂️
Engine sounds good!
Best thing I’ve ever done was regear from 3.73 to 4.88 on 35s. I need 37s tho
agree'd best ugrade is gears and lockers
nah 35's is enough. no need to go up
U don’t need 37s
those roads remind me of Adams County, western York County
incredible ride - what seats are those? Upgrading my 06
I'm getting a 2000 wrangler soon
What seats are those they're great!
What kind exhaust do you have? Sounds really good
Banks Monster exhaust.

No doubt! My very first Jeep 15 years ago was a 4 cyl TJ on 32s and that is quite an experience. It’s good those little 2.5s love to rev!
I have the 2.5, I am jealous seeing you get to fifth gear that fast in the 4.0. Running 32s rn and it takes everything I put at it.
Your about to blow your motor up
@@areject17 if you are referring to me, not even close.
Hey man where did you buy your leather seats from?
They are factory Apex seats
Great video, Intellitronix makes a direct fit LED gauge cluster for the CJ, 92-95 YJ & TJ
Had a 97 4.0 wrangler 5 speed over the summer as the first car I bought myself, I loved it but it had to go :(
why is that?
Why’d you get rid of it ? Thinking of getting one myself same year and 4.0 any issues ?
That's my next car, nice video
It’s not a car 🤦♂️🤡
Nice Seats…
Isnt it Miles Upshur's car?
Love the prayer, God bless you.
I hear you have that same whistle from the throttle body just like I do. Did you ever get it fixed? If so, how?
It’s from the cold air intake I believe. Doesn’t bother me at all.
🔥🔥🔥
"pull hills in 5th gear" thats cute.

That is a APEX edition?
Sure is 👍🏻
Do you still have an Instagram account?
But it must be true if it's on the internet.
So true!
