It's crazy bruh, I remember seeing ur videos when u were selling drinks out at the picking fields with only 40 views and look at you now..keep kicking ass and doin you homie...#muchrespect
except when you realize that in every cluster of candy vending machines there is only really 1 3rd actually being bought, and if you haven't guessed its the gum. Candy machines are a plummeting business scheme they were real popular back in the days but now its quite uncommon to make profit on all of the candy they sell. i used to own a massive 8 piece cluster in 2 different malls and in 2 different mom an pop shops, eventually i realized that the ones at the malls were only making profit off the gumballs and the other candy were not even making money. The ones in both mom an pop shops were making little to no money, (and yes they were seeing constant people going in an out every day i watched these places for a few weeks to make sure they had people traffic) and again only the gumballs were making profit. another thing you have to realize is odds of someone buying a gumball are lower now because there are just better gums out there, most gumballs now are way too sugary and can make it feel like your throat is burning from all the sugar.
all in all if you put candy machines up its best to just focus on gum because thats something an adult would buy as well as a kid, find fruity flavored gum, Minty if possible, and original gum flavored or what ever flavors of gum you think might sell. also take in account that a pack of 6 pieces of gum can sell for 0.75$ so you cannot put your machines next to gas stations an what not

I'm soooooo glad I found this video before I buy a candy machine. I was going to buy a used one with no keys but thanks to your video I'm buying it new. Thank you!! Great vids
I admire the entrepreneurial mindset, but I have one very large skepticism: we are estimating that these all sell in a reasonable amount of time. I don't think these are going to sell at the rate at which you predict. I've never seen anyone purchase these, and even if they do, that's a lot of transactions that have to come through in a small hair salon. Also, fewer and fewer people are carrying cash on them every day, so their are less potential clients every day. That's just my skepticism, but I wish you the best of luck in your business!
My average for a placed gumball/candy triple head vend machine was about 25 per month. When you figure your profit per machine it is very small however your goal is to grow your business to where you will start to make a very good part time or full time wage. I myself, due to a heart condition never grew my business past the hobby stage. Keep your machine clean and only fill about half unless sales show you need more and you will not have to worry about stales. Also stay away from seasonal colors for candy or gum. After Halloween, Christmas or whatever season it is a big sign for people to assume the candy is stale. One more thing, do not be afraid of removing a machine that is placed in a store that is selling less than $5 per month it will only become a stale trap. On a side note most of my sales come from employees. Customers only produce about 25% of total sales. Remember you are not looking to to make a living on several machines. In order to make a VERY GOOD LIVING WAGE you will need at least 200 machines that are placed. One of my competitors makes in profit about 150k per year with a combination route of soda and candy/gumball vend machines. This is not an easy business. You will have headaches just like any other business. I had to stop myself when I had heart problems. You will need to be healthy for this business.
Your vids are sooo good BECAUSE YOU show the backside / struggle before or in the middle of built up company... thanks!!!!!!! You are one of a kind!!!!
Your videos are great! Just to add... I did candy machines for many years. Change one of three selections to 1" gumballs. You will have to change out the wheel in the machine. I'm sure they are cheap on Ebay, they make the most profit. 850ct box at Sams is less than $20. A 25 cent vend and gumball cost is .03 cents. .22 cent profit per vend. Not bad. It will help you with the higher cost product in the other two. Thanks!

I love that you show the real side of starting and running a business! Subbed! Good luck with the coin machine!! I loved those as a kid! My mom wouldn't let us buy from the ones with open candy though. She'd let us get gum balls at most. She always felt the candy looked old and unsanitary in a machine like that. We used to gravitate to toy ones a lot like bouncey balls and stickers. My fav as a kid were ones with kiddie jewellery. I have a faux crystal necklace that i got in a 25c machine that became my "icon" piece growing up. LOL Though the one coin machine I probably shelled out the most money on as a teen in the 90s had these adorable chibi-chubby plastic aliens in various colors. Those were like Pokemon to me I had to collect them ALL. 😂 I still have them to this day. 😂
Do not buy new machines unless your business is profiting enough to support it. When purchasing used machines Make sure you use a list when you visit the seller. Check of everything on your list or make sure you use whatever is needed in your negotiations. Such as , NO KEYS renegotiate for cost of keys and your time. Machine filthy ask for a discount . Most of all most people selling machines will have 1,2 or 3 machines already placed in a store making money and they are looking to sell. Ask if they have any other machines or machines in a business. The person who started me by selling 2 of his machines to me, was able to build a 200 machine business already placed for about 1/3 the money to start a route. Always ask they can only say no.

Honestly, i admire your drive, however, you would likely make more money standing next to your candy machines, with a sign (and a sad story) and pan handle!
Nice video man. Thank you for this good information. I felt bad watching you have trouble with those locks. This is months old, but a tip for you. Those lock areas, take the nuts off that hold the stud, and just take the whole thing with you to a lock place, and match the threads and what not. Also, at the end, the part where you couldn't fit the lock through, you can use your drill and just widened it slightly, they make a bit thats round and would just bore it out alittle to fit. The drill part, always start with a much smaller drill bit, and than work your way up in size. You will drill through faster, and break less bolts. Also, if it gets real hot, spray with a cutting oil, or WD if its aluminum.

Thank you so much for the info! I’m looking to start a decal business with an inexpensive vinyl cutter and invest in vending machines. I need a strong side hustle to supplement my 9-5 as a single mom. Thanks again for all the free information ❤️
People be working 20-50 HOURS for dis type of profit.
HUSTLE
Love your channel! & I just watched my first vid. Thank you for helping others! So sweet of you
You could use the drill bit to extend the size of the hole on top and on back
That’s what’s up bro. I appreciate your honesty. I got a lot of respect for people like you who agree knowledge should be free. You truly bless your self, when you help others. Keep it up brother respect and gratitude from south Texas.
Him: all you need to start Is 200 dollars
Me with 20:😬
showing the mistakes and obstacles in all your business ideas is appreciated homie, true entrepreneur shit
How do you get other Stores to let you put your Machines in their Stores? Aren't there any legal/business issues involved?
Wouldn’t they want a profit of it too
Just ask. Some want profit and others don’t. Just ask. ❤️
Bro lmaoo your personality is pretty awesome...that drew me into watching the whole vid. 4realz👍
But Reyes that's why they call them secrets! The hustle is secretive!
Caes bien Reyes! You got the right attitude and unselfishness of teaching others, and with that, the blessings just raiiiin!!! Much success to you always!

"University of youtube" This guys a hero
Honestly, i admire your drive, however, you would likely make more money standing next to your candy machines, with a sign (and a sad story) and pan handle!
I lolled
You’re a really big inspiration. I am 16 years and you are showing me the ways for free!! Big thanks🙏
For 400 you could have bought a snack machine
Emilio Cedillo like which one? I can’t find any that cheap

Genuine humble dude that seen struggle before. I salute you fam
how to screw up trying to open your first vending machine
God the ads on your videos are scammy as hell. Atleast your content isn’t, keep it coming man 💯
thank you reyes, im from mexico and love your sidehustles. just suscribed and love your energy
Hey Reyes great way to start different things to produce money.
Thank you. Hope it helps you out in any way
Truly inspiring, i’m a young entrepreneur and my hustle at the moment is Reselling Shoes, Streetwear and now I’m moving into thrift clothes and buying big brand names and vintage clothing to make some more profit. Your knowledge is teaching me slowly more and more and I couldn’t thank you enough! My biggest advice to you is to invent into Amazon Prime, it’ll help you out especially since you had to wait for the locks, prime will offer you next day shipping it has helped me with my thrift business I was able to order shipping bags and a scale and start shipping orders out the next day!
This is one of the best ways to make passive income. Great job Reyes!! 😄
Thank you. Lets see how big I could make this.
I love this guy he is so happy
Love how you try to spread knowledge but I don't take what you say seriously
Thank you for showing all this Reyes!!! Please don’t stop 🙏🏾
