I make 85k net income a yr in my small business, a lot of things went wrong when I was starting up and learning, I didnt give up and now my business is profitable and next year were projected to grow our sales by a 1/3 more. No business is perfect and never will be but learning from trial and error, making the best decisions and not giving up makes a business successful. You saying everything in a business has to be perfect or its a fail is unrealistic and shows youre not a businessman, having a near perfect business is the ideal situation but not realistic and also doesnt mean you failed just need to work on the areas that youre having trouble with. This video alone just made you comment complete bogus, nothing was perfect for him today not finding a location but guess what?? He made profit on his current machines, how is that a failing business? And with reyes attitude I'm sure just because it didnt work out for him today doesnt mean tomorrow it wont and only make his business that much more successful.
Maybe put a sticker on your current machines at locations with your company name and phone number that says have "have a location need a machine?" . Remember its not just kids feeding these machines you could have free company advertisement with people sitting in the waiting areas and they may notice the sticker and want your service.

You got some great suggestions here. One thing you should look at are the toys in capsules. My daughter drives me nuts asking for coins for these and she is not alone. Candy and gumballs do speak to kids. Hair/nail salons always have kids waiting for there mom board AF. Sweeten the deal with coloring books and pencils (for sale) . Happy occupied kids = upsales for the establishment. True for garages too. Good luck!
Use your influence as a youtuber. Offer them brand exposure. If that's not enough throw the 10% commission in to sweeten the deal. Sell the value of YOU. not just the vending machine
I wrote on the video I would not do that. The reason is because I'm doing this to show ANYBODY can grow a business so I have to use the same thing everybody has to make it achievable. I could easy hire someone else to find locations for me or use my youtube channel to get locations and I will use what i've built with my youtube to gain in the future with different companies but for regular hustles, I have to start from the ground up.
I understand that, but honestly in my opinion the key to sales is selling yourself, I'm in a very congested industry and the products I sell, the customer can buy anywhere sometimes even the same product cheaper. But I sell myself, i sell the fact i own and operate multiple businesses, I paint the picture of them having success when they purchase from me, In my experience, if a customer wants a product they can just go anywhere and get it. They want to feel special. I always pitch, "here's my PERSOANL cell number". That's something you dont get with a corporation. Finding what your personal Values are is the hardest part of selling anything. I would challenge your viewers to find what they have to offer when selling whatever it is they are selling

Ive been in sales for a while and just want to say that you might want to be a bit more stern with the delivery and not take the first no as a complete failure, most people just need abit of convincing. Go to soccer, baseball and other associations.. they always fall for a commission to help fund activities. Offer them 20% instead of 10% because you find it such a good thing there doing for the kids. I bet you’ll be allowed to fill every corner and on the other side.. where are you going to find more potential costumers then there?

I found a candy machine for $3 at a good will and came with key and $30 inside it when I bought it I talked to my local family owned store and they let me put it in there store for 3% share

For labeling keys to machines, maybe try making a simple excel spreadsheet or even just a sheet of paper. Label each machine (1-20) then label each key to match the machine (simple sharpie should work). In the spreadsheet input the location name, then which number machine(s) are there. May just work! A suggestion if I may, Iv'e learned a lot after 20 years in the bulk vending business. Find a machine you like and use that brand exclusively. Same type of locks and keyed alike, one key for everything.. You're doing a great job, love the enthusiasm!!

Don't enter the shop with a "hey what's up", but perhaps with a "good afternoon, I was wondering if I could speak to the owner of this company?" because in 9/10 times the person you meet behind the counter or reception is not the owner. a few more ideas: instead of offering just 10% and that's it, perhaps also offer a subscription like service where they pay $30 a month, get X amount of refills included and they keep all the profits. This brings in a lot more security for you and you just gotta go and refill them. You can then even automatically deduct their creditcard through something like Stripe.

Thats actually a really good idea. At some point though, there needs to be invoices and tax stuff filled out. Also, he is his own boss. Lots of contractors do that. He is providing the service of maintenance, and refilling. Far from working for someone else. Keep up the good work Reyes!

Have a picture of your machines, the benefits of having a machine in their place of business, and a little about the charity you might be working with and or the 10% commission. love the strategy you mentioned at the end, great marketing lesson for everyone! Being able to show the true value of your product is key. Only way to do that is toget creative on how to approach a potential customer, just getting to know the customer before your pitch increases the likelihood of a sale exponentially!

And you can use grocery stores paper bags to wrap your boxes like the disco ball in just make sure the shipping address and the bar code label is clear and in a smooth surface. They also sell the paper shipping roll it’s in brown color FYI at all crafts stores or shipping stores. And try to put the vending machines by bus locations by the newspaper barber shops hair salons nails shops and even hotel lobbies will be nice to have DONT give up I’m rooting for you 😊🙋♀️ one thing body shops or auto shops make the candy seem not sanitary to eat just because the machines get dirty. Definitely try instead of telling them you will give them 10% tell them you will donate 10% to a local charity or special needs service on behalf of their business if they agree. Partner is with a local boys league or a local hospital in your area . Anything for a good cause will make people say yes and not say no :) and you win while helping a good cause giving 10% and the business will get the notoriety by the donation on their behalf which will be putting them in a status in the community and that means more business. Amazing video. Your positive and enthusiastic attitude makes your videos addicting to watch. To answer your question towards finding out which keys opens which machines, simply color code the key and the machine or mark a number on the key and the machine. Hope that helps

U got it right. Business owners won't really care about the 10% just start with the "more business" aproach and as a bonus they will get the 10%. I did door to door for a while just to learn how to sell. And yea if you sell them and paint them the idea of more business

use different color nail polish to mark your keys and machines. make sure to then cover the nail polish with some clear coat so it lasts longer :)

Only way to do that is toget creative on how to approach a potential customer, just getting to know the customer before your pitch increases the likelihood of a sale exponentially!

Your such a inspiring person I’m rooting for your success in 2019 . And you can use grocery stores paper bags to wrap your boxes like the disco ball in just make sure the shipping address and the bar code label is clear and in a smooth surface. They also sell the paper shipping roll it’s in brown color FYI at all crafts stores or shipping stores. And try to put the vending machines by bus locations by the newspaper barber shops hair salons nails shops and even hotel lobbies will be nice to have DONT give up I’m rooting for you 😊🙋♀️ one thing body shops or auto shops make the candy seem not sanitary to eat just because the machines get dirty. Definitely try instead of telling them you will give them 10% tell them you will donate 10% to a local charity or special needs service on behalf of their business if they agree. Partner is with a local boys league or a local hospital in your area . Anything for a good cause will make people say yes and not say no :) and you win while helping a good cause giving 10% and the business will get the notoriety by the donation on their behalf which will be putting them in a status in the community and that means more business.
