I just purchased a Snappy Trap drain kit today. I really liked that it had almost all parts necessary for any possible problem! Saved me a trip to the hardware store. The accordion pipe is smooth inside, and stretches a bit if you need it. Great improvement! I will only buy Snappy for new plumbing jobs.
Thank you for the video! Great job!

I used snappy traps under two sinks where the drains at the wall were roughed in too far offset for a trap to reach. They did the job, but my local inspector didn't like them and made me redo with conventional parts.

I'd either have to redo what's in the wall or drill the stub out of the in-wall elbow like this.

@@ThatFixItGuy I’ve seen those before. A 1” or 2” offset tailpipe would eliminate the need for an accordian tailpipe. There is a great need for slight offsets especially with pedestal sinks. Somebody is going to make millions if they just make it. I saw a 1” offset pipe but it was metal and $80. Yikes.

illegal or not, when you realize that new replacement sink you you just dropped in on the caulk and you don't want to mess with that, and then you have another "FUCK !" moment when you see that hole off from the original, you just want to pull out your last strand of hair, then you run to lowes and grab one of those suckers. Done - at least until you can properly do the work.
