Snake print is my other go to shoe 🐍. I used to live in NY, but now in FL it's hard to wear black shoes (looks too stark), so I love wearing a nude shoe or snake print. Roach killers😂😂a necessity in NY 😂! Thanks for sharing❤

For loafers, always size up and buy no show socks to prevent blisters. You can always add an insole if you feel your feet slipping and sliding in them. I'm trying to invest in some loafers as well.

I wear ballet flats anyways bc I ride the subway to work so I don’t want my feet hurtin and I might have to run for my life 🏃🏽♀️💨
I too consider having to run for my life in these streets and picking my wardrobe accordingly!! especially if I am free from attending events and just doing my work thing!
These kitten heels are coming into play at the same time that I’ve graduated from wearing any heel over 3 inches. So, I’m kind of glad about them. Not feeling a platform, even though it would give me more height, which is also why I won’t be doing a ballet slipper, because it’s just too flat. On the other hand, I don’t mind a flat sandal. For me, my sweet spot would be about 2 1/2 inches. I could feel the white shoe coming and I’ve seen the men like Colman Domingo do the white shoe or boot all winter on the carpet.

I'd say open toe, over peep. The stitching can dig into the toe, and toes tend to look long & strange. Open toe boots are like icy/hot lol I live for platforms! Brands need to be more mindful of ankle support for flatforms, though cuz I know those gucci are gonna cause sprains. Lol foot fart is so awkward. I can't wrap my head around paying big bills for fancy flip flops. The fur mules are an elegant/sultry night in or fabulous fun in your closet. Phoebe's line gives "front" vibes cuz naw. Loewe shoes are off putting. That timber is a shock to the system but a point has to be the right length so your feet don't look like a snout. Mules give educated but kool. Socks /shoes is a very specific look lol Boots look messy when they slouch so either they don't fit or you're not big into fashion. Normal ballet shoes have their cute place, but these brands are going over board and aren't flattering. Kitten heels do nothing for the figure or posture but besides frumpy or matronly. Animal print is fabulous in the right cut. White is fabulous until it isn't, you need clear skies. I could talk/shop shoes All Day 🥰
