This was as great video showing the right steps, but things are much more complicated/frustrating on a machine with 500/1000 hours. Plugs are hard to disconnect, filters harder to unscrew. A tip I picked up on another channel, rather than fooling around with that alan head on the top to vent it when pumping was to flip the newly installed filter upside down, and open up the water drain valve, then pump the air out until you see fuel, close it, flip it and give it a couple more pumps. If you install this and then try to get to that alan head screw, that diesel fill cap will be right in your way. Disliked having to try and use an oil filter wrench to break this thing loose ... but it does work.

I would like to add that when you are letting air out of the fuel line it will spray a good 3 feet if your not careful. 😂

Hello, does anybody know what could cause a t590 to randomly shut down. No codes no beeps, it just happens. Literally like switching the ignition off. Ignition switch doesn’t seems to be loose.

Does it just turn off or act like it is fuel starved when you use hydraulics or go faster? If so than could be fuel filter or fuel pickup tube.
