This week we really get into making my office come to life and I'm beyond excited to share it with you all. I wanted a place I could call my own and that was entirely different from the rest of my home. I love just hanging out in my space while on the clock and off. I chose to go with an Ikea hack on this one because I felt like it was the best option to give me the look of my Inspo and allow me to put my own spin on it. It truly gives me the modern and vintage style I was going for. Next week you'll see the finished look and see everything styled in thisgeorgiaclay fashion.

I love the office. Beautiful job! I love the shiplap. We put it on the bottom half of our bedroom, the top is wall paper.

Protection while doing projects. I learned the hard way… I wear combat boots while doing projects…now…after 8 stitches in the arch of my left foot.

I think ikea went with photos for multiple reasons 1)you ain't gotta worry about translating & 2) most people do not read the instructions they go by the pictures so they saved money either way

What did you use for surround trim on the cabinets?
There’s no surround trim. It’s an ikea dresser. The vlog shows everything we used.
Please not Ikea not assembling the dresser already before sale saves yourself money for sprit , or renting a bigger van for transportation, or paying delivery. But you need an cordless electric screwdriver. The small handy ones, you'll be done in 1/4 of the time.
What knobs are those need a link.
