The notion of a flawless marriage or relationship is a myth. There's no set formula for success; what works for one couple may not work for another. Yet, I've discovered that there's always a way forward, even in the most challenging times. Five years ago, my wife and I encountered significant hurdles in our marriage that nearly led to divorce. Despite the adversity, we managed to weather the storm and emerge from it with our bond renewed and revitalised
There is a lot of sense in what you just said and I hope mine works the same way too, we are currently separated but I can't live without him, I love him so much. wish I can get him back I can do anything to have him back, we have tried therapy amongst other things.
It's always difficult to let someone you love go, but in my case I had the help of a spiritual adviser who saved my marriage from collapsing her name is shelly renee white
This couldn't have come at a better time! I had a strategic planning meeting at work yesterday and it went horribly! My voice was shaking so bad. I made it through...barely
I lose my ability to express myself clearly in conversations and find the right words, and it just sounds all wrong like I don't know the language. And then I just feel super stupid. I guess it's all symptoms of that fear.
Have you tried to hold your own hand imaginary? Even if you struggle, even if you forget about all the sophisticated words at least you need to be there for yourself. Others can distance themselves from you. They can refuse to try and understand you. But you can‘t. You owe yourself to be patient with how you say things and you owe yourself to always meet yourself with respect.
Some people love and some people don't. In public, I love to meet new people every day, and sometimes they don't understand me, and it's OK. I just wrote some of them on a paper or a whiteboard
I will work on my public speaking but not with the people trying to help me. I believe there are many different styles. Generally, I don't like the philosophy of Mel, so I'd likely not want to work with the people that Mel recommends

@@EF-fv1hc What a lovely reply!
What about those people who thrive from being in front of others. My husband loves public speaking! And to him , the bigger the audience, the better!
I often don't aim to express myself clearly because I can tell that people are trying to find out how they can help me behind my back.

Omg! Thank you for this. I have to host a 30 min session at a big conference in January. I’ve been nervous since tasked with it in October. Thank you!
You're so very welcome! I'm sure you will be amazing!
Who was the guest in the beginning? I've watched it a few times and if she said, I missed it
Think about the important information you are sharing with the audience. Make it all about the audience and what they will get out of it. ❤
Love everything about this!
Glad to hear you enjoyed it!
