Sure, it will be a little different for each brand/model, but I can give some basic pointers.

I have a Babylock Flare, so far I’m loving it. (I don’t have any experience with other machines to compare it against)

@@lilys786 so far I haven’t run into any that don’t fit in my machine hoop.
Does the accuquilt doe come with the embroidery file?
Yes! You can download the basic files for free from the AccuQuilt website. It comes with 3 stitches (Blanket stitch, satin stitch & motif stitch)
They also have some more fancy versions you can purchase.
