That was not on purpose. The guys have been so busy the past days to get the car running. Even with a direct line it was hard for me to get updates from the workshop 😅
@@bad_decision_works I understand that they must have been extremely busy. I saw on the results page that his best time was 6.33! Very impressive for an untested car.
@@erik.... That is indeed very impressive knowing all the issues and the car being brand new. Peter was not very happy with the result tho. That means that he's very motivated to improve hahaha.
Thanks so much for taking the trouble to update everyone. Love cars, love Sweden, love fabrication work, love drag racing and crazy projects. What's not to like?! ;-D
I'm glad you show this segment of the build where Peter were too busy to film. I hope it can be worked on through the winter time & we'll see a better version for 2025! I genuinely think the rear suspension arm need better engineering, I understand the current version is rushed & unplanned, so a lot of things wasn't done properly or up to standard, I believe Peter should be able to make it better in upcoming months. I hope he can also take this to some other events like Gatebil, too... of course, after more stuff are fixed.
This is great, to see the struggle from another side. I have been following Peter's channel for a while now and I'm always amazed at what he has achieved. Regarding the video production, I didn't find the music intrusive like some other people did and I can't think of much that I would say you should change. Subscribed now!!
Great video! As soon as I saw Peters midvo I clicked the thumbnail. One thing when editing, when you're talking mute the background music. Makes it easier to hear what you are saying, food for thought.
You asked about what you can do to improve your videos. Don't mix in audio as background when you talk about cars. You can use music but only as transitions between clips, and in intro and outro. But not when you describe what happens in the vídeo. The music is disturbing. It does not improve anything. Keep it simple! It is a very common mistake to use music in the videos. Don't! Nice to see that Peter succeeded to run at Laxå. I think he got 6.2728 sec. That is not bad for a brand new car! Vice video and congrats to Peter!
Thanks for the feedback. I have been experimenting with the music a little in this video, but apparently there is room for some improvement 😅 i’ll make sure to mute the music in the next video!
8:29 they cut so much out of the upper arm that it will most certainly flex or even break quite quickly. clearly the ohlins is to fat to fit there. cant just cut away structural bits like this... so sad to see a caveman solution to a modern problem. Thats gonna fail for sure.. first time the weight shift on that corner and its over.
Well, the car drove and did some runs without breaking, so i guess it’s structural enough to survive that. This caveman solution was not our first choice, but with only a few days left we decided to go the caveman route, instead of not making it at all. This version of the suspension was just a proof of concept. We’ll start building something nice soon.
@@bad_decision_works it has been weakened beyond structural integrity over a large surface in the weakest point of the weight bearing part. it will bend there first..might as well make is safe and right?
Thank you for the update, been trying to find some news all week. ❤

Very impressive build. Waiting to see the final result.

I’m gonna have embroided patches made for my overalls that say “the dutch guy”. Hahahha

Tanks for the update 🎉
I feel like a commoner pleb with my bone stock 81 b19a restore... lol Looks like a GREAT project!
Lol, i feel the same hahahah
Awesome video, will be cool to see this one with a proper body work! Such a crazy stance
Heel goed gedaan! Mooie probleemoplossingen. Goede video, leuk om naar te kijken!
Fijne feedback 😊
wow, what an incredible Work ❤
Grind hard plumbing co! 😍

I will do this from the next video on!
Nice work dude!
Cool build a lot of time and engineering 🙂❤️🔥❤️🙂
Wow good job!
Thank you :-)

Totally agree, was gonna comment he needs to turn down the music by like 12db at least. Then I will watch

Great video 👍🏻 glad to see it’s got a decent amount of views!
Yeah, that’s a nice cherry on the cake for the hard work in this project 😊
Weel done guys!😎👏
Zatzy vibes :)
a big rear wing spoiler might look good on this build
Love your work....but can see some issues with the front section of the roll cage........
Please elaborate 😊
Is there no way you could made a bend on the pipe for the upper suspension?
Maybe Mats Ericsson could gave helped out with it?
Good video but I would prefer it without the background music 👍
That was a realy bad welding, please call os
Thanks for the tips on how to improve my welding.
typical poor engineering and fabrication from lamborghini.
Dude what is all the saliva in your mouth 🤮🤮🤮
I’m sorry. I didn’t notice before i got home and started editing. It was very warm that day and i think i was a bit dehydrated 🌞

@@bad_decision_works winner and great job of V1 of the car.
