Arctic Cat 400 Shifting Issues

This is a 2005 Arctic Cat 400 manual and it does pretty good all around but it hangs up sometimes on the 2-3 shift, all other gears work fine, and downshifting is fine. I am curious at what you guys have to say and your opinion on the problem with this and how to fix it!
