Arctic Cat 400 4x4 New Front Tires
I installed new front tires on the Arctic Cat 400 4x4 for a couple of reasons, #1 one side goes flat instantly, #2 they are too wide and stick out past the rear tires, and #3 they are dry-rotted as crap. So we will switch out these tires (DIY style) for some new ones!

Off-road Lawnmower Repairs & Upgrades
Просмотров 68021 час назад
The off-road lawnmower gets some repairs and upgrades to make it more reliable and stronger. I repaired the steering rod, brakes, idler pulley, and throttle. I also changed the engine oil and spark plug and cleaned the air filter. I upgraded the tie rod because it bent and welded "re-bar" across it to make it bulletproof. I made an airbox for the intake and put a nut and bolt through the engine...
Yamaha Waverunner III Jetpump Rebuild & Test
Просмотров 68621 день назад
I took the old jet pump out of commission on my 1996 Yamaha Waverunner III because it suffers from a lot of cavitation. It has been run in salt water before and completely destroyed the aluminum. I found parts off of eBay, reassembled it, and took it out for a run! Engine rebuild: ruclips.net/video/6jFPF2VElRk/видео.html ruclips.net/user/CHUKImusic: Instrumental produced by Chuki. Kawasaki Prairie 650 | TLC & Modifications
Просмотров 13728 дней назад
This is a 2002 Kawasaki Prairie 650 that needs a lot of work done to it and TLC! We had this 4-wheeler in the family as long as I have been around and we use it all the time for things around the property. There are a lot of things that needed to be done on this 4-wheeler and taking it to a shop to do everything would be like a couple thousand dollars, so that is why I am doing it. To save mone...

Просмотров 260Месяц назад
My stepdad got 2 free jetskis a 1996 & 97 Seadoo GTI Bombardiers. The owner had them for years sitting outside at his dock house on the lake. After sitting for years he finally wanted to just get rid of both the jetskis. We attempt to get these things to run and maybe take them out on the lake so stay tuned! 96 Yamaha Waverunner III: ruclips.net/video/RIDZUTZJpnI/видео.html Thanks for watching!

When it comes to installing the cylinder onto the piston, do the piston ring gaps have a particular orientation?
Yes, the oiling ring and the wiper rings have to be clock apart. The two compression rings need to also be clocked apart from each other. The top ring will have "A" or "1st" second will be "B" or 2nd, the numbers or letters will always face up. Pretty much just put them all opposite of each other and you will be all set.
Thanks for the info!
Fun fact: I had almost 2 hours of total footage to edit for this under 10 minute video!
I’ve replaced mine twice and both times it still leaks so I’m getting the Lucas stop leak stuff. Man it pisses me off lol it was installed correctly and everything! Idk. Definitely probably an operators error haha but still
Oh gosh! I have heard you have to have a special tool for it or something. This product isn’t really perfect but it does help!
@ yeah we were told that before the second time and used it and everything was good we thought haha I told my father in law (he is the mechanic and helped me build the motor and everything) that this thing is just cursed haha 😂
Dangg!
Keep us updated
I like car and camera
who else wants to see a tool box tour
If enough people are interested I will make a quick video on it!
Put a Juggernaut on it
Yeah I did in another video after this one. Definitely made a big difference!
In a tight spot flip the hammer sideways
Yeah thats what I should’ve done looking back lol.
i put a spring from where the break rod on the clutch would go to the frame, makes the belt way tighter and not slip, and make the pedal feel way more firm and comfortable. just dont go too tight, could break something. I also way overfill my transaxles with oil so theres more getting to the bushings
Alright! Thanks for the info man!
I know a lot of you guys want more lawnmower content so here you go! I do have a couple more video ideas planned so there will be more videos on those soon!
He should’ve got a gear reduction
Like a lower final drive ratio? Probably so lol!
@@IngenTechNational like a 60% to turn 28s or 30s
Ah ok 👍
Looks closer to 20mph
Probably so, that is the top speed on my offroad mower. I did the math on this and it is geared for about 50mph.
4-wheeler has a Stage:2 Predator 212 and mower has 16hp Briggs
Hello , i have a 95 Boston Whaler, i'm pretty sure the same engine and unit pump ... Where did you order the parts???? Thnks and Big hug!!!!
I just searched for them on eBay. Everything I bought for this thing was on eBay.
Thnnnkksssssss!!!!!!!!!
You can thin the anti seize with WD-40. Not much but it helps when it gets dry.
Oh ok, thanks for the info!
Why didn't you test drive to hear the interior noise?
It sounded about the same honestly almost like the stock exhaust. I currently have it out and straight pipe (from converter)
What hole do I put the spring in to make it engage at the lowest rpm so I can lug around at low throttle and very low speed mine is currently in the middle
You would put it in the first hole. (opposite of what I did)
He's good!
Yep!
RUclips is on a war path man. Google hates trump.
Yeah probably lol
My son has a channel as well, hard start for sure.
Damn right man I did this on my stuff about a year ago and made a massive difference!!!!
Yeah it definitely does!
Where did you order your brake system at
The drum brake off of GoPowerSports, but the flat bar and linkages I had laying around. transaxle brakes are equipped on it and I just ran a secondary handle to it.
Dude… RECORD! Thats the entire reason people watch… you missed everything.
I edit clips out to make the video not totally boring and so it won't be 45mins long. I showed what it actually takes to get rust-welded parts apart and hammering axles out of the diff. A lot of people don't include that kind of stuff and if I edit that out it would be under 10mins if that and be very basic and boring. I try to have a nice mix between "technical" and "entertainment".
How old r u man? Nice video keep it up
I'm 19, and thank you man!
Mph?
With this gearing probably 27-28mph.
Awww she's beautiful ❤ and loves being at your side! 😊
Thank ya ma'am!
I drilled out some of the baffles to make it flow a but better. A bit louder than stock.
It did “start up” and “run” for 3 secs.
2002 Arctic Cat 300 Straight Piped!
I thought it would appear back but never has and I just had enough. I am making this video for some answers to this specific problem and to help anyone else out!
This is “Queen” Willow
My 78 PUCH fuel boiled. That bike was such a pos. I would rather just have motorized bicycles and a beater ped that I can beat on rather then just being serious. I plan to pick up a 50CC ped do simple mods to it and then just have a motorized bike for back up.
Yeah that will be good! These bikes are cheap, easy to modify, easy to fix, and pretty reliable!
I never seen a lawnmower with a throttle also where the cutter.
The throttle is a door hinge and it don’t need a cutter lol.
Have no idea why the audio is bad in the beginning but whatever you can hear me fine.
Where this mfkr come frome
How many subscribers you do you have sir?
@IngenTechNational 17 apparently idk why
For a riding mower how to separate the break from the clutch to a different pedal
Without buying stuff
To do it without buying things might be a challenge but try to find something that looks like a pedal and make a mount some where on the mower maybe next to the clutch and make a linkage going to the transaxle brakes. It might be hard to have the clutch pedal and brake together but it can be done.
@IngenTechNational kk thanks
Slow-mo clips are cool.
That's a bad leak if you're topping it off every 4 days. Would've been nice to see you test other products as well. ( BlueDevil )
It is still leaking to this day but not as crazy, maybe once every week or two I top it off and it is 3/4 full. I might try that BlueDevil or AT-205 next.
Amazing flips preformed by this man at Busco Beach!
Make a video 12428 vs 12895
I’ll see about it!
You cant be serious with that 90° degree right out of the port. Redo that
Yeah I know but, it is what I had laying around and it works. Its not a super high performance engine so it’ll be alright.
I'm having trouble get the timing chain on the sprocket any tips?
Take the tensioner completely out obviously, put the chain toward the inside over the cam then rotate it while pulling on the chain and it should just pop on. It is really frustrating trust me!
The belt still makes a little bit of noise when accelerating slowly from a dead stop. I did clean the belt by wiping a dry paper towel over it and cleaned the clutch with brake cleaner on a paper towel, also sprayed a bit of dry lube on certain parts(no I didn't spray so much where it would fling everywhere). Also yes, I did also do a "proper" break-in on the belt and it has gotten a bit quieter after 30 miles but still makes a bit of noise, if you have any tips then please let me know. Thanks guys!
