Anyone who has ever attempted to play any musical instrument can appreciate the world-class level of talent on this performance, including Alison on the fiddie. Jerry Douglas is simply incredible. And Dan Tyminski's ability to run up and down the scale with his voice is natural and effortless, yet special all at the same time.

I've seen them many times in person and I can tell you, there is NO band that's better live. NO BAND AND I MEAN EVERYONE and Ive seem many over the years, some of the greatest and they simply pale in comparison to this band when they play live. Can't wait until they decide to tour again. First saw this video in 2009, loved it then, and listened to it off and on ever since and now it's 2019. I've grown up around it haha, I recorded it on a flipphone for my ringtone, and then downloaded this video and cut to mp3 and burned it to a cd and drove around back roads listening to this on repeat with some cold beer. Love it

Bill Monroe, DAN Tyminiski and Ralph Stanley have the most recognisable voices in bluegrass history

Have you ever seen a more polished and spot on live performance by a group? I may be swayed by my love for their music, but everytime I listen to AKUS I am grateful. Oh, but how these people must have felt at this concert. Jerry's performance is unparalled in my humble opinion. And what can be for said for Alison? No words can describe.......
