    My brother took me to a LED-ZEPPELIN Concert in April of 1977 at the Pontiac Silverdome in Michigan,it was my first concert,I WAS 11 YEARS OLD!! STILL REMEMBER IT AS IF IT WERE YESTERDAY,ALMOST 50 YErs ago and listen to that VOICE,THANK YOU ROBERT PLANT FOR THE GREATEST ROCK-BAND EVER!!!

      Word has it that at that concert someone jumped onto the stage in front of Robert Plant and Robert Plant put his foot up and send the guy back into the audience..any truth to this?

      @@rontalbot311 lol I saw Zep in 73 at MSG and trust me, if I could have jumped on stage to be near RP, I would have, even if his foot pushed me back. It was different back in the day, security wasn’t what it is today. If that’s what he felt he needed to do for safety or whatever reason, so be it

    Yes. That was great.
    Eerie mood, subtle build and a killer ending.
    Plant still sounds like Robert Plant, without trying to emulate 25 year-old Robert Plant.
    And Alison is Alison- what a voice.
    When they play Zep song, they don't "cover" them.
    They time travel, and delve into the roots and inspirations of the songs.

      Well said. Reaching back and forward at the same time...he's eclipsed his myth with Alison & the band to create something so authentic, it feels as if it's been around for a very long time, yet is so fresh in the moment in their delivery. True musicians, the lot of them, and I'm so grateeful to have witnessed it

      Yes he once said he didn't want to be reduced to being a jukebox playing old hits ! He doesn't want to sing these with Jimmy and jpj as he has turned down many chances to jam with the boys!.... now not saying I don't like what he's doing now because I love it! Glad he's still got the fire in his belly rock on!

      Not really its a shell of its former self still great mind you but he lowers the keys he Is not 19 anymore still pleasant to be sure but lets be honest it not his prime

      It seems silly that they have compared the vocals of Greta Van Fleet to him. GVF has good vocals but not very versatile, not like Robert.

      @@tronmartin1 The similarity of the range and tone of vocals, musical influence is definitely there. I'm sure Plant, arguably one of the best vocalist in what ever genre he sings, is flattered.

    What an incredible legacy Robert Plant has established with his passion for beautiful storytelling in musical form.
    I believe a hundred years from now, Robert's music will be savored like that of a Beethoven or Mozart.

    Oh My God. Gorgeous! I have loved this song since I first heard it as a boy back in the 70's, but Alison enhances this when she joins Robert. Love it!

    We were privileged to see them do this in Hershey on the Outlaw Fest. I'm getting chill hearing it again. I think this is best example of why they work so well together. I never thought I'd hear this live with Plant on vocals so it is magical, but Alison brings so much to the version - as does the band.

    One of my all-time favorite Zep tunes. I was a massive Zep fan all through High School and college. I was seriously bummed when Bonzo died and they decided to call it quits.

    Man was that cool! Yes, Robert's voice is still better than one might expect from a 75 year old. I had been wondering if and when the two of them might take on The Battle of Evermore, and this is a first class rendition! I first learned of his and Allison's collaboration back in 2009, when a buddy of mine gave me the Raising Sand CD. I was going through a very pivotal point in my life, which over the next two years involved getting married and having a child, and that album just really spoke to me during that time. Thank you Kenz Vidz, thank you Allison, and thank you Robert!

    Plant is a better vocalist now than he's ever been. Krauss has brought out the best in him. Every bit as good as anything Zeppelin ever put out.

    Love this version. Not sure who the backing band is but they do a fabulous job of not overplaying. They let Allison and Robert carry the load
