With or without Christian, this band is fucking amazing and meanwhile Christian is off giving countless badass bands his vocals- I bet many people who listen to Scar symmetry don't even know a good portion of bands he's played with, e.g: TFATM, Universum, and Miseration. Not to mention even producing his own music. That being said, Scar Symmetry actually hasn't changed for the worst- sure people can differ, but compared to what Christian is capable of, I have to say, *hats off* that this band deserves a lot of credit even now! :D
Also did some guest vocals in Project Hate and Disarmonia Mundi. Regardless, I love this album and I can't wait for the trilogy albums.
Someone who finally understands how I feel about Scar Symmetry. *Hats off* to you for noticing.

Without a doubt their best post-2008 song...
While I do find the intro to be a little annoying, it pays off with an excellent verse riff followed by a chorus so beautiful, epic and heartfelt that I know no words to match it.

This song had to grow on me, I hated the shit outta it before I listened to it for a few times, I think its that power metal-esque THE SEERS OF THE ESCHATON!!!! that brings me back, I fucking love that.

Its not like I dislike them now but with this line up they just dont nearly gather the attention from me, they used to . . . and that was really running the albums up and down for months. Anyhow; tastes are different and lets be happy bout that . . . just think about every guy wanting the same girl . . . ;D

@BumpaNiggl I agree, while this isn't as good as the originals, there's still something about this that I can't help listening to. Scar Symmetry's not dead, they just came up with a new line up. I mean, Christian didn't want to leave SS in shambles, but apparently it's what everyone thinks happened now. Anyway, I still find something enjoyable in this. I take back what I said. This isn't the old style, but it's as close as they can try to get to it.
@Demaniac not that they are similar to the old stuff I liked from SS but there is something about these two I can live with: 1. Illuminoid Dream Sequence and 2. Alpha and Omega

Scar Symmetry is still amazing, sure, Christian was better, but i still like what they make.

I think having the new 2 vocalists doesnt make the band any less good in a musical way but they just have far less style...
@Demaniac Not really mate . . the old style was far different . . . you really trying to tell me this sounds like Symmetric in Design or Pitch Black Progress (which where the best albums anyhow!)?! Not really dude . . . the old stuff was way more melodic . . . this album is just weird . . . I admit there are two passable songs on it but it for sure does not meet any of the old stuff . . . Scar Symmetry RIP!

Very disappointing because this should not be running under "Scar Symmetry" . . . this is a new band . . . just because the solos are very similar to the old albums it does not mean the rest is good too . . . :( . . . PLEASE bring us back the old Scar Symmetry style, which turned our stomaches upside down and burned our brains because of too much feelings flowing through them . . .
