Hello Sir, I hope you are well. I have watched the LLA EMPLOYEE RIGHTS master class and I really liked it. I'm currently unemployed but I believe all the knowledge shared in the Master Class will help me to ask the right questions. If you don't mind, I had a favour to ask.
I stay in Guwahati and the Durga Puja celebrations are at the doorstep. I worry about reckless use of loud speakers in my society. Last year due to the excessive noise of loudspeakers my mother had to suffer a lot because she has migraine and she cannot withstand loud noise as well as bright light. As per the noise pollution act 2000 , noise level in the residential area cannot be more than 55 DB. Is there any way by which this loud speaker problem can be mitigated legally without going to court. Any small tip would be useful for me.I just don't want loud speakers outside my home even if it's for occasional purposes.

Sir 40 साल पहले मैने 30 dimsmil जमीन केवला करवाया था, जिससे केवला करवाया था, उसके नाम पर 15 डिसमिल जमीन था, बाकी 15 डिसमिल उसके पत्नी के नाम था, उसने मुझे पूरा 30 डिसमिल केवला कर दिया था, अब 40 साल बाद उनकी पत्नी ने 15 डिसमिल जमीन दूसरे को रजिस्ट्री कर दिया, मुझे जो रजिस्ट्री किए थे उनका देहांत हो चुका है, अब उनकी पत्नी ने जो 40 साल बाद फिर से दूसरे को रजिस्ट्री है कि है वो कैंसिल हो सकती है क्या ? जमीन पर मेरा जब से रजिस्ट्री कराए हैं 40 साल पहले तब से शांतिपूर्ण ढंग से खेती कर रहे हैं, और 30 डिसमिल का रसीद भी कट रहा है,

Sir,We have in possession of a Land which was given up via settlement deed at the year of 1965 by someone who was owner of that land but at the year 1971 a vesting Proceeding was happened against that person and land had become vest to the Government.
Sir,since 1965 we have in possession of that land and now want to become legal owner via Adverse Possession.
How is it possible sir?plz tell me to know.
