      @@nirmalsinhdodiya9006 han jhak maar raha tha. ab tum ye batao ki 12 saal to bahut ho gaya 2 saal kyun nahi kia ? kyun 12 saal ka niyam rakha court ne ? kyun nahi 20 saal rakha ? mere case main, mere pitaji ne apne bhai ko rahne ke liye apne naam ka ek jamin ka tukda dia. aur kaha ki jab bhi tum financially sambhal jao tab, ye jagah chod dena. Par dekhte hi dekhte, hum sab badey huye, apne apne naukri main foreign main rahne lagey, aur chacha ke bete business karke kardo pati bhi ban gaye, lekin wo jamin ka tukda jahan wo chappar ka ghar pe rahte they, usko wo 2 storeyed building banaa ke rah rahe hain, aur usko chod bhi nahi rahe hain. ab tumhara sawal 12 saal kya jhak maar rahe they, to main kahunga han apne career ke piche jhak maar rahe they

      Mere father ne ek shop 1947mein custodian se lease rent ya lacencee ke roop mein le. Govt. Ne iss property ko kisi ko transfer kar diya 1972 mein jiska humne virod bhi kiya. Letter likha lekin koi jawab nahi aaya. Humne usko rent money order kiya lekin woh money order wapis aa gaya ye likh kar ki jis mohd. Ishaq ko property tranfer huye thhi uski death ho gaye ha. Woh pakistan ja kar mar gaya. Uske bad kisi .mohd. uniees ne. Jhoothi power of attorney bana kar apni hi biwi ko bech diya . Uski biwi ne aage sale kar diya aur jisko sale kiya thha uski death ho gaye uske legal heir ne ye property kisi builder ko sale kar di.usne. Hum per dava kar diya. 50 saal tak kabja humeri pass raha kya humara uss property per adverse possession banta hai
