    Agar chacha ne ek jameen par kabja Kiya ho aur woh jameen dadaji ne Li ho to kya adverse possession ka kanun lagu hota hai?

    Sir ye kanhoon hai, agar malik ussey permissions na diya hota to , permissible hai Isiliye lagu nahi hua , but unko kuchh cheez sabit karna padta hai, jaise ki continuous possession, open living (public should know ) and any construction...

    Hello we r staying in chawl frm 1962 as a tenant, our owner has taken on lease frm 1954 till 1984 on lease.After that he did not continue his lease AGREEMENT hence for ward,in 1994 another person comes and he buy the property frm original property owner.In 2013 the owner who buys property in1994 serves all the 30 structure who we occupied on that place give a notice through court belly.And said that they r the owner and u have to vacte the place.we fight for ten years,now he demand a messy profit on the structures. And want to do survey of each structures for taking Rent.sir can u reply me wht he will charge Rent frm all of us maharashtra rent Act

    Very clearly mentioned sr👌plz suggest me I'm unmarried women possession in my grandfathers hindu undivided property, my copasners sold thr undivided shares to stranger (out of familys) without my consent in 2015, till i'm in possession n buyer submitted partition suit in cour, nw i if i want tat sold shares return again wt to do plz suggest sr.. thanks

    Apprantely, I don't agree with this SC judgement, i may not know the conplete facts, but it can be challenged if the trespasser is not paying rent since 1944 and if any other case of ownership is pending with original owner.

      He was paying rent to narayan for letting him to live there but when narayan wanted him to vacate he refused then narayan filed suit in civil court

      कोई व्यक्ति बारह वर्ष तक संपत्ति पर काबिज रहे, मालिक की जानकारी में, खुले आम, शांतिपूर्वक, तो फिर उसे हटाने की कार्रवाई नहीं की जा सकती

    Agar koi tenant aadhar card mei same address change kra le ya passport ban wa le rent agreement k base pe., so it's a right thing or not.. And tenanted property mei kuch rights claim kar sakta h ya ni jo landlord k against ho after making changes in uid .. Pls make a video on ds topic

      राएदीर को बिना उचित कानूनी कार्रवाई के समझौते की अवधि समाप्त होने से पूर्व नहीं निकाला जा सकता। मनमाना किराया नहीं बढाया जा सकता। किराएदार को निजता तथा शांतिपूर्वक रहने का अधिकार है।

    अगर ३० वर्षकी सरकारी- लिजहोल्ड प्लॉट जिसके नामकी लिज होगी वही ज़मीन का मालिक होगा क्या , भलेही उस लिजहोल्ड जमीनपर बने पुराने मकान का कब्जा किसी दूसरे का हो तो ?

    In Jus. Gangopadhyay"s yesterdays order he has said that "interim stay/relief granted in one set of facts in a matter cannot be used in another case having different set of facts in the same matter" .Can I get a copy of similar order passed earlier in any case because Gangopadhyas order is still under scrutiny in Apex court from today.30/1/24
