You’re amazing! Thank you so much for sharing. I’ve been watching your videos for weeks along with seeing a therapist using techniques taught by Dr.David Burns (very much aligned with the methods you suggest) and I’m finally starting to feel some freedom from this rut.

You are really helping me bro as scary as this journey is but for some reason I’m trusting what your saying about the panic An palpitations I’ve been cleared 3 different times skipped beats scare the fuck out of me bro

This scared the crap out of me too. Those are harmless sensations. You are too focused in on your body. Constantly checking and questioning. Give your mind a break stop all this checking and worrying. Your body and mind will Recover naturally my friend.

Thank you bro much love my friend do you think I should cut out smoking weed I take one puff an sometimes I’m relaxed but sometimes I’m not i get it from my local weed Dispensary sometimes I think it may trigger a cardiac problem from what I feel sometimes but I’m praying that’s just me being irrational

My problem is physical pain. I wish I had something that I could use exposure to fix. I also want to enjoy life. I'm praying and pushing forward... nothing else to do unless I take drugs.

I fear these eye floaters. Of course the more I fear them the more I look for them and they appear. I am inward. I am going out etc and I say well done. I even went on holiday with my daughter and went on the big wheel even thought I am afraid of heights. I kept saying to myself well done. But when I had to come home where it all started after a while all over again. I am a lot older than you and have been afraid of things all my life due to mental abuse. Not at home my parents were good to me but I never told them about the school abuse and buried it. Now it seems to have come up again. I have to be on my own 3 days a week due to my husband going to the renal unit in hospital. I am getting counselling but it takes time. I get a lot of depersonalisation which I know about but it comes back to these floaters. Any advice please. You are such an encouragement.

I can go anywhere and do anything or sit at home, in both cases the high anxiety is always there. What to do about that?
