This entire thing is rooted and based on fears. If you can uncover the fears you can remove the symptoms. Easier said than done but it takes time. I'm very proud of myself for being able to restructure my thoughts over time and now I fear nothing. Legitimately. I am at Inner Peace.

Thank you for your encouraging videos! I developed anxiety 2 years ago, when I had 2 Corona infections. I was bedbound for many months and only slowly got better. Last summer I started to be more courageous and did more stuff. But the anxiety is always with me. I try to respond as calm as possible and made progress too. But since a couple of weeks the adrenaline rushes and crazy jerks in my entire body can last for days. So can't either relax nor find relief when I go for long walks. I'm still so restless and fatigued afterwards. I'm not sure if some sort of CFS is the main issue and anxiety is just a side-effect. But for sure I build up lots of unhealthy patterns. On the other hand I can't just push through.
