      @@NOBLE1MC it was the key in my recovery! Without it I probably would still be in my traumatized state. It gave me the information and the tools needed to recover. I would 10/10 recommend it to anyone suffering with dpdr and anxiety related issues

      @@annadrake1774 Thanks for replying, how long did you deal with dpdr until you recovered, what symptoms did you experience? I've been dealing with it for 3 years and it's been pretty hard.

      @@NOBLE1MC the dpdr lifted within a couple months but I still had horrible anxiety and a ton of anxiety related symptoms I had to work through. It's like when I would desensitize one symptom a whole new one would pop up and I literally had to go through every symptom under the sun before it finally ran out of options to use lol that's how I look at it anyway but that took over a year.

    I was 15. Hit a ketamine- laced marijuana pen at school multiple times. Felt like I was dying. Scariest experience of my life. I’m 19 now, it hasn’t gone away but your videos have helped. Thought I was going crazy for a while

    Hi Jordan, I know this might sound dumb but can you recover from dpdr when being a smoker/vaper??

      It definitely won’t help you, but I did. If you can try to quit, nicotine is a stimulant and can cause anxiety

    Hey Jordan, i had dp/dpr 2 months ago and it went a way for like a week and then it came back with all these fears of going crazy and i sometimes feel like the walls are moving and everything is moving and it gets really scary. Will i get over this

      Yes. You will. I take propanolol prescription and it saved me from dpr 100%

    If you live with someone who caused your trauma and are constantly triggered by your environment, what’s your advice? It’s hard to heal and focus when this is always shoved in my face

      If you can move that would obviously be good. If not, do your best to live more of your life outside of the house. The gym is a great place to improve your mental and physical health.

    Is is possible to have derealization without anxiety, or could my anxiety be deep down to the point im unaware of it? Ive been pretty good and havent had panic attacks, just the lingering derealization. Thank you

      I have had that experience. Dpdr without anxiety. And anxiety without dpdr. And both together.

      I’m experiencing the same thing. I think since our emotions/senses can start to feel numb, it may also start to block the anxiety. That’s the only way I make sense of it. Sometimes tho it will creep in and I view it more as a “oh cool I’m feeling something” and let it pass. Before my Dp episode started tho, I was having chronic anxiety that whole month and then boom it was gone and I fell into this.

    6 months ago I went to a doctor and she told me about a way to ignore the depersonalization symptoms , which is that I press with all the force in my forehead and when I applied it I felt like I was swallowed and my nerves were tight from my neck and stomach and when I press on my stomach comes out of a sound of pain and when I applied it the exercise stopped and then came back Press again then stop and come back Press hard can I stop it but I feel like it doesn't stop 100% can you help me?

    I got diagnosed 3 weeks ago and I've been suffering for years with dpdr I feel miserable I'm losing weight I'm struggling to be a father I've have tried to research coping techniques but nothing helps

    Hi Jordan I quit drinking alcohol when I got my DPDR. Can I drink again when I’m recovered? I only drink on occasions like parties, which is like once or twice a month

      Hey Bomi, yes you can. I experienced DPDR for 1,5 year and now I am able to drink again at parties without any problems. I even smoke weed sometimes again (not encouraging you to do this but just to clarify that yes things like these are possible once you recover). Just remember to keep your overall lifestyle healthy

    Can you help me. I just had a panic attack and my legs were about to give out and things hit dark. My mind even felt like it collapsed.

      next time set a timer for 30 seconds and full invite in all the feelings and all the fears. This will eliminate the resistance that fuels the panic.

      @@coachjordanhardgrave it literally felt like god was in front of me at one point and I was about to fall through the floor and go to hell. Like I possibly let it go that long. Maybe that was it. I feel like my brain is like got wires crossing each other over and over like the back of a tv back when we didn’t have Bluetooth.

      @@coachjordanhardgrave I can’t tell if it’s hppd or neurosis or what. Almost like it’s all three. I’ve already had experienced psychosis before. Heard voices. But rare. I heard screaming the other day. I think I saw a full body shadow as well that looked like a girl hole person that had details of a man with a hat. Like this ain’t cool.

      Hey! It’s usually about 80% of people who experience Dpdr and fight or flight symptoms, 20% freeze symptoms only (including dpdr)

      Definitely both and depression. I really dislike that I get negative intrusive thoughts.....they are horrible in nature and experience 😕, but I am wanting my life back. Hugs to everyone going through this.
