Just after my session today i felt like i should improve my backhand. Bang.... here comes my coach. A true understanding 😂 😍
Haha!! Good luck improving it 😀
Can we have some training routine please? I went back to see half court routine yesterday and it really make sense. Keep those videos coming. Thanks.
We gave some routines on this video - ruclips.net/video/F7Clf4SnTlI/видео.html hope it helps!
I made it a habit to archive all your well-made videos and show them to badminton buddies whenever they need proper instructions on how to execute footwork and shots. Your channel is a gem and both of you are perfect ambassadors for badminton.
Thank you very much that’s lovely to hear 😀
Hi Greg and Jenny thanks for the amazing content you always deliver and thank you for continuing to spread our beloved sport
Very clear explanation, especially thanks for the tip about facing backwards; to use ones body-rotation in power generation, not heard that stated so explicitly before! Cheers!
I have no power in my backhand which turns into my weakness during competitions
Yes bro same opponent smash on my back hand shot
Me too. Only thing i struggle a lot is backhand
Ssmeeeeee
Then try to aim the shot lower at net level and cross it. Should force the opponent to lift to ur forehand or net play.
Thanks for these amazing videos ! This one is definitely one of your best ! So clear and useful !

This video is so timely. One of the guys that I regularly play with just said to me “Dan you are making good improvements but you have no backhand shot !”
Very good video and I hope to start adding in a backhand shot into my repertoire to get me out of trouble
Thank’s for the advice this can really help me because my friend’s shot at my non racket side so i use backhand a lot and wish you guys a happy life 🤗😊
so glad that i watched this video! been struggling with my back hand due to the grip, now all i need to do is get used to the correct grip thanks a lot😊
Hey guys, thanks for another great video. Loved some of the angling and editing on this one. Those little slider things for the duration of each tip was pretty cool. As well as good quality concise information as always
Hi Ethan! Thanks a lot - glad you enjoyed them 😀 thanks for the comment!
That transition was smoooth! 1:43
😜
Haha glad you enjoyed it 😀
thank you so much for this video . I liked it and it was very helpful to improve the high backhands.
You talked about having less control when your arm is further away from you. How close should it really be, optimally? Do you have a video somewhere discussing this? Thanks again for the incredible work and dedication you put into this!
I've been waiting for this!
Hope it helps! 😊
This video had so much energy
I was really waiting for this video my backhand is very poor i couldn't generate power with the backhand.

Hello! I just want to say a big thank you for inspiring me to join a badminton school...and i just want to share that its my 1st day today 😊
Very precise & informative, thank you.
You're very welcome Simon, glad you enjoyed it 😃
This was a quick and good video. If I may suggest an idea for another video, can you cover up all the rules of badminton? Most people don't actually know some of the intricate rules, especially with the service. A video like this would really help most of the viewers.
Those transitions are soooo gooooood xD
ALSO, the meter at the bottom left really helps a lot when navigating back and forth the video, awesome concept, hope you keep it in in future vids!
Thanks a lot - we spent a lot of time on them! Glad you like the new addition - with comments like these it might just be a new feature on every video 😀
@@BadmintonInsight Even when not a lot of people- sometimes even none- comment on minute details like these, please do know that people DO notice the amount of effort you guys put into the videos. A lot of people are shy or just don't bother to type out comments, but I'm certain a lot of people do benefit from the increased production value and quality content you guys put out. Keep up the good work!
Another great video!!😂this will definitely help me get to that next step even though I’m pretty good at backhands
Thanks 😀 There’s definitely always room to improve! Good luck!
After watching your videos and practicing, my brother and I just won our U15 game today, both our first tournament and first victory. Thank you for making informative videos like this.
However, we had a bit of a problem dealing with nerves right before our game. Do you have any tips on that?
Also if you need any video ideas I know you made 4 corner footwork but in training we are always told to shadow. If you could can you tell us how to shadow effectively and purposely so it help us in our game
Thanks for the amazing content😊
Thank you for yet another insightful video on a topic which is a weak point for many players.
Thanks for putting this tutorial. i was always looking sideways while hitting it and generating not much speed. will try this technique tomorrow 👍🏻
Good luck!

Glad you enjoyed it :)
Thank you both so much for all things 🏸
You’re welcome! 😋🏸
A really good platform to learn the game for an amateur player like me. It would be good to make more amateurs vs pro videos, which will help me to know the mistakes I make every time I play. Kudos to both of you.
Thank you so much ☺️
Whoa! Love all these new features which make your videos even more engaging. Cheers! ;-)
Fantastic video guys, gonna try and practice this with some shadowing?
This came just in time as I was starting to wonder why my backhands are not consistent .. Y_Y
1:45 And i love this part of the video! It's so seamless hahaha
Haha great timing! Glad you enjoyed it - it took a few attempts 😆
That editing though 🔥
The editing was top notch in this one. Such a well put together video. Your ideas and executions are as good as your badminton if not better :p
That’s very kind of you, thanks! 😁
Adding to my training thank always for the Tips🏸
You’re very welcome - hope it goes well! 😀
I love badminton even more, after I have found you guys.

Your editing is getting better and better every video 😍😍😍
That’s very nice to hear - we’ve been trying our best to improve it! Thanks 😀
Love the editing on this video. Your transitions were slick! Really nice video to watch as well as cracking content. Keep these coming!! Hope you don't see my backhand at the NBC or you'd have a heart attack! xD
Thanks a lot Jonathon 😀 haha we’re sure it’s not that bad!!
Jenny edits the vids right? The transitions are very smooth and flawless! Its very entertaining^^ thank you to both of u for ur hardwork :)))

@@andrewwong6500 That's not what your RUclips name says 😂

GREAT video, I say!!!

Thanks a lot guys
You’re welcome 😀
I satrted badminton too late, when i was 16 years old and i fel underwhelmed by how much better my teamates were, i've been watching your videos over the last year and it has really helped me improve, now i'm 20 years old and playing on national nevel, thank you guys so much for yourr advice and helping us improve every week
There’s no such thing as too late! That’s great to hear! Keep going and you’ll keep improving 😀
Thanks
You’re very welcome 😀 Thanks for the support Minesh!
The absolute best badminton channel on RUclips!! 🏸❤️
😀 thanks Dave!
lmao you guys are funny, thanks for creating watchable videos. Hugs from Sweden!
Haha glad you think so! Thank you very much 😀
Guys, thanks for the great channel, it's funny and informative. Unfortunately at the moment I'm not playing, as I have tennis elbow. The person treating it has told me that it comes from holding my racket too tight. Have you got any advice on how not to hold too tight (as this must be subconscious) how to avoid tennis elbow in general, and anything I can do to overcome this. Cheers.
Harika bir spor ve siz başarılısınız 👏🏸🏸🏸
that editing though on the golf part, you guys are getting really good at video making 👀
Thanks a lot - it took a bit of time but well worth it for comments like these 😀
This was an seriously amazing video specially the most surprizing fact was that i have been using a back hand grip since so long to execute it which is totally wrong. Also i have a request make a video on singles defence.
By the way love from India and incase ever you are in here i deliberately invite you to come and have a dinner with my family and also have a few knocks with me.
100% this is an awesome video! as a doubles player I tend to think backhands are over rated but honestly there are some situations you simply cannot hit an overhead. It is amazing to see how much you guys have grown on RUclips! I am hopeful I do the same thing for my channel!
Thanks a lot Mike 😀 Good luck with it! If you want any advice just send us an email 😊
@@BadmintonInsight I will totally take you guys up on this give me some time to gather my thoughts and will reach out!
Very intuitively practical. One would have to spend lots of money for such advice.
Thanks! Glad it has helped 😀
Great video! Would love a diving defense tutorial! Please 🙏
Thanks! We’ll add it to the list 😀
Thanks for the advice I have good experience but backhand is my week point😷 but after this video I am practising🔥 thanks for advice
Glad we could help 😁
thanks for fulfilling my request in this video
You’re very welcome 😀
This is so clear. Can u tell us how to practice backhand like u did for the net shot video? That will be helpful 👍
It’s on our full tutorial we mention at the end of the video 😀
Thanks!
Please reply to me
You’re very welcome 😀
Pleace I want to talk to u
This really helps me a lot!! I feel like I am able to win a competition
Awesome! Good luck 💪🏼
Hi can you make video on how to focus on shuttle
Very helpful tips .. will definitely practice more on backhand by keeping these tips in mind.
Remember me for your next give away....😊
That golf transition was too clean 🤯 at 1:47
Haha 😂 Thanks Nigel! It took a few attempts 😆
The best coaching video for backhand technique, but must to be often pause play video to understand the directive.
We try to pack as much information in the video as we can 😁
Please make video on stable footwork and stability exercise 🙏🙏👍👍🙂😊 and nice video .
Will definitely practice this to get more power in my backhands. Would you guys be able to make a video on how to win at Doubles with a Weaker Partner?
Keep an eye out soon 👀👀
Amazing Channel...
Can you please make a video on singles strategy???!!!
Hopefully today's video gives you an insight into singles strategy at the professional level! - ruclips.net/video/X69mhjk0Vao/видео.html we'll also do more videos on singles strategy in the future too 😀
