Guys, I find a kinda solution. You cannot change your region. ( believe me, you cannot. I spend time on it so don't waste your time.) But you can merge your accounts. What I did is works fine. Create a new account with your country selection and you can access it with your old account. For example. I had an account from my home town but i moved a couple of years ago to a new country. I wanted to get ps plus account but my new cards do not allow me to do purchase. So i tried to change my old country options and it does not allow it. So i create a new account in my new country and when i purchase a ps plus account, you can share it with your other accounts in Ps. SO i can keep my old purchase and I can use the new one as well. I think you should open the share family setting inside the PS. It works fine for me i hope this solves your problem as well.

The first option you showed dos not solve the problem as you still cannot add country specific payment method. New payment method has to be tied to the original country
