It's not smart and easy like it shows, frist it can't avoid the carpet it it's insisted to climb it which lead to stuck even though my carpet are plastic with no those end parts, 2nd once there is updates you will lose your saved maps and you have to start again from zero maps, 3rd once you inserts the mop service you can't remove it, you can remove the fiber part but you can't remove the mop board itself , and there is no any instructions about how to remove it because once you insert it to go to the moping system the machine goes crazy ..it needs a lot of software works
I wish the machine would ask to be moved to another room instead of trying to climb the high door sills in my apartment. Instead it spins the wheels and repeatedly try to maneuver over the step. Sounds pretty violent and can't be good for the machine.
Don't do EXACTLY like this person. At 3:27 they're using the razor blade end to "clean" the bristles. Flip the tool to the other end and use it like it was designed.
This vaccum is the best one yet because I had 2 vaccums before this. My first one was an echo u2 and we didn’t like it the second one i had was a eufy hybrid x8. Believe me it didn’t reuturn to the charger, it kept hiting stuff and it was just bad. But this robo was perfecto!!!

Love mine, it has done a great job vacuuming and vacuumed the entire house before it needed to recharge. Very easy to use.

Just use a simple broom and a simple mop. It's free.

If you leave the mop always on the vacuum will avoid going over carpets.
