    I have the the T9 for a few weeks after having one from another brand. I am very satisfied. I find the commends with this video very negative. It really does what it is supposed to do. It’s very clever compared to my other brand robot vacuum cleaner. This video helped me to understand how the app works. I only struggled with finding the cleaning schedule but you have to scroll down in enter smart cleaning, than auto and than scroll down. My sister has this brand for a year and is also very satisfied, she has the dustbin version (I don’t). I reuse the cleaning cloths, but you can also use the one from the T8 with it. I also do a very little bit of soap in the water when I use the mop function. I haven’t tried the perfume yet which comes with it. But some people are very enthousiast about that also. Really recommend it.

    I love how even in their promo video the map doesnt really work properly xD,.. great product but the app that comes with it needs a lot of work

    Have been trying to give some feedback to the product team about why ultimately, I am returning the T9. The mapping software is just too unreliable. Took way too long to complete the initial map (I am talking days). After that, the robot often fails to position itself on the map and drops the map. When it restores, it restores either to a really old version of the map (pre-defining all the rooms), or it moves where it thinks the base is causing it to fail in repositioning. Mapping is just way too fragile; it can't deal with any changes to the room where the base station is located and starts a new map. Something that could be fixed with the software but hasn't been tested in actual-world conditions.

      It's been like this forever. I have had the 950 for a long time and have similar issues. It is the only thing holding Ecovacs back from being the best in the business.
      Just make a backup map feature ffs! Once you have a map, you want to keep it the same.
      I have suggested this through the app over a year ago.

      I agree I have a lot of issues with mapping as well leaves a lot to be desired.

    Hi, can this model program and map-up double storey/floors house? and what is the bin size for robot and base bin? thanks

      Hey there. Is there any detailed instruction how to use it on multiple floors? On first floor everything works fine but in the basement and second floor ... it somehow doesnt work. It only works in the floor where the docking station is located

    Hello, I own the t8 aivi...how much of an improvement is the ozmo pro 2.0 over the ozmo pro? You don't have any details on this

    Can you tell me if you can use a regular tank with a reusable napkin (such as in T8 or for example 950)?

      Reusable pads attach just fine. This is mentioned in other RUclips reviews of T9.

    You really need to show how to use the app with verbal explanation. Having it in the video less than a quarter of the screen doesn’t help.

      Hi Arvind, I'm in Australia too, and I've found it at The Good Guys and JB Hifi. My local stores say they have it in stock.

Ist im Staubsauger eine Kamera eingebaut, so dass ich mich während der Arbeit im Haus bewegen kann?Danke?

      Nein, das hat nur der Ecovacs Deebot Ozmo T8 Aivi.

      @@WeltweitVielfaltInternationale Wenn sie eine Eingebaute Kamera wollen, mit der man zum Beispiel vom Urlaub aus durch die Kamera am Roboter die Wohnung anschauen will, dann gibt es nur den Ecovacs Deebot Ozmo T8 Aivi. Haben sie noch andere Ansprüche?

      @@WeltweitVielfaltInternationale Also einen Unterschied in der Reinigung gibt es nicht, nur das der T9 Plus zuverlässiger ist und auch etwas besser wischt. Ich empfehle daher den Ecovacs Deebot Ozmo T9 Plus

    I have a T9+ when it was new it would navigate fine but now it is a bit older it can't fine the charge station about 95% of the time. And just lately it can't even generate a map properly. I had a 900 series model for a while until it stopped work it was good but the battery was too small to run for very long but apart from that the 900 was a much better machine.
    It is to bad that I can't get a new one with a bigger battery. as it would leave the T9 for dead in navigation.

      Complete auto cleaning on one floor, save the map (give it a name), then bring the charging station to the second floor, do the same. After each floor will be shown in the app whenever you move your T9 from one floor to another and press "locate" crosshairs in the top left corner of the Smart Cleaning map screen.

    Avoid buying Deebot/Ecovacs products in Australia. Their Victorian service centre had my Deebot 9 in for warrantee repairs twice for the same fault. They can't repair it and Ecovacs have refused to replace it or give a refund. Don't let this happen to you. Choose another brand.

      Where did you buy it from? They should be refunding you. I got mine from jbhifi. I’m having major issues with the vacuum app side of things. Maps get skewed. Lost. Or walls move suddenly. Which causes vacuum to get lost. I also can’t use the room option to send the vacuum. It comes up with an error message saying it can’t be located. The only way i can send it to vacuum is to use custom mode. I also can’t name or create rooms in the app. Again error messages come up. No matter how many times I start again and remap the house it does the same thing. It’s a shame because the vacuum itself is brilliant. But the app software is SOOO bad, the vacuum won’t do anything without the software working properly.

      @@Donkeykong80 Strangely enough, the Deebot worked well for the first six months or so, and then just went down hill rapidly. I agree that it vacuums well, but I'm having all the same issues as you. Too late to return it to JBHIFI, and Ecovacs don't care.

      @@darren4392 i returned mine to JB 6 months after buying it. They sent it off for repairs and it came back working ok (I have no idea what they fixed or replaced as the vacuum hardware works fine) for a few weeks then boom straight back to having to remap again. Not able to use area mode. Can’t divide rooms or merge rooms or name rooms. Walls moving and skewed.
      The thing is. It’s not the vacuum that needs sending off and repairing. It’s the fvking software that needs repairing. I wish they’d help me somehow. $1500 and I don’t have a working vacuum. Just lost the map again yesterday and it takes over a day to remap the house. We all know how effing hard it is to remap the house and what you’ve gotta do to prepare before mapping. The whole house goes up off the floor 😤

      @@Donkeykong80 Maybe if we can find a few more people with the same issue, we can get something done. I lodged a complaint with consumer protection, but that is taking a long time to be processed.

    Mine is constantly forgetting the WiFi settings. Every time I start the app, it says: Your robot is offline. I have to scan the QR code almost every day and re-learn WiFi parameters. This is so frustrating! I already called a service center and they asked me to ship it for a repair. I wonder if this is really necessary, since this looks more like a software issue rather than hardware problem. Something tells me that everything will end just with shipping the robot back and forth...

      Had same problem with mine. Is your wifi combined 2G and 5G. If so that is your problem. I turned 5Goff and had no trouble since.

      @@grahambethell6623 Nope, I've tried disabling 5G, I was disabling mesh networking, I've created a separate WiFi network only for that vacuum cleaner... I've tried like everything. I couldn't get that thing working properly.

      @@PaniczAdam Bummer, mine certainly works ok with just 2G enabled. I also have a printer and doorbell that wouldn't work with 5G enabled, that's how I thought to try it.

      Is it possible to teach it multiple wifi networks? We have an extender wifi.. wondering if it can know both the main and the extender.. seems like it can in the documentation but no sign of it in the settings

    What is with the disposable pads as the only option. Why can we not have a reusable/washable one like virtually every other robot. This is one thing that is stopping me purchasing at the moment. The comments about App and Map issues though is also a big concern

      Disposable pads are in the box. No one is stopping you from buying reusable pads.

    If the ozmonpro mopping unit...is there any way for it to stop mopping over carpet? Whenever the mopping unit is attached, it always mop. This means I have to remove the mopping unit manually Everytime there is mixed floor.

      You can set no mop zones where you don't want to mop. It anyway will detect carpets
