Our VAs cross list for us twice a week. The main focus is getting all the photos from our google drive turned in to completed drafts on eBay. They will then schedule 75 items to be listed per day, after that they cross list to the other platforms.
I believe he does a rack system where he hangs his items now, but ours is similar to the sequential system he used to do. We store a few things differently but it’s very close.
1) When you started 2.5 years ago did you know you had a good sourcing opportunity and that's what launched you this direction? Or did you decide to start and then methodically look for places that provided this type of product? 2) the most important question, are you biological brothers?😅
We decided to resell and then started planning a route of the thrift stores around us. The items weren’t great at first because we didn’t know what we were doing. But we learned as quick as we could. The high volume didn’t come until about a year in. And yes we are biological brothers! We’re 11 months apart

Yes we cross list to Poshmark and Mercari! Our VA’s push our listings to all platforms

We’ve found good things at both, but we probably do have a little bit more success in bigger towns.
