    I use the clear "produce bags" on a roll from Cash and carry, renamed now to Chef's store or something. I can see what's inside, I use a couple small pieces of scotch tape to close them. That's for inventory. I then slide them in a poly mailer.

      That’s awesome! Definitely a good way to do it!

    Hey guys! I saw the cross logo on your Ebay store and my spirit just lifted in my soul! Shout out from a Christian reseller in PA!

    Love the videos! Just curious how many returns you guys get With selling as much as you do? Also, do you guys use a cross listing platform? I would assume you would with using VAs. Keep it up! Love the content!

      We don’t have an exact number because it varies, but right now we hover around a 3% return rate. Sometimes it goes up to 4% but that’s rare.
      We use vendoo as our cross listing platform. And thanks we appreciate you watching!

    Can you elaborate on how you keep track of COGS of each item? In the SKU section in Ebay I typically enter the bin number I have an item in. Do you guys use that to enter COGS instead? If so, is there a report you can run that then gives you the total COGS from the SKU’s sold for a given month?
    Awesome videos!

      We do a sequential inventory system so all our items have a number. Then we put the cost of goods after that, and then we put the month it was listed last. Here’s an example: 42000-5.00-02/24. This is now that items designated SKU.
      We will then go to our order page and download the sales report for the month. Here we can separate the COG of each item from the rest of the SKU. It does take a little longer than using a cross listing platform but we like it because we see and use the exact numbers eBay will report to the government. Hopefully that makes sense! But that’s how we do it! If there’s a better way please let us know!

    Just curious if you have had to change anything in your shipping process since eBay rolled out cubic shipping rates. Have you changed the size of your mailers, have you used less flat rates because cubic is cheaper, etc. I would just like to hear your thought on the new cubic shipping.

      We are pretty centrally located so we do use ground advantage for items that weigh more than 1lb. We already used three different sizes of poly mailers so we didn’t need to get new sizes. We definitely aren’t using the flat rates as often, but when an item goes to the west coast area we still use them!
      Our shipping process hasn’t changed though. If anything it made shipping faster for us. Overall we like the new cubic rates and the system as a whole.

    How do you guys add the photos from your phone to google drive? I tried it and it takes FOREVER!! haha. If you guys have a fast way of doing it pleeeeease let me know. Thank you!

    • @ResaleBrothers
      @ResaleBrothers  6 месяцев назад +1

      Yeah we still run into that problem haha. We airdrop the photos from our phones to our computers and then upload them to the google drive. The only thing we found that helps the speed problem is to get faster internet from your provider. It does cost more but it saves time.

      @@ResaleBrothers thank you guys. I’m amazed you guys don’t have more subscribers but in due time! You guys are great!
      Also, is there a reason why you don’t do a camera with memory card? It’s a lot faster?

      Thanks, we’re getting more and more each day!
      We just haven’t invested in buying multiple camera’s yet. We’ll most likely move to that at some point!

    I have bins of brand new 511 tactical clothing. I don't dare sell it as new because of a possible vero strike. I have no reason to think it is not authentic. Do you list as brand new??

    • @ResaleBrothers
      @ResaleBrothers  6 месяцев назад +1

      We have always listed our 5.11 tactical clothing as brand new when it has tags. We haven’t had any issues so far!
