I'm not an 18xx connoisseur, just a casual enjoyer so I haven't played enough titles to know if this is the first game to do it but... Having stocks be action tokens coupled with abstracting away company treasuries seems like an absolutely brilliant innovation. This has so much potential to be used in a more worker placement system instead of just an action menu. Very exciting.
Haven't played any 18xx games yet but feel this 19xx game may be my jumping in point. I really like the action selection based on stocks and the way you can leverage other investors. Thanks for this.
This looks great. I only play at 2 player, do you know if there is a different setup or differences in play for 2? Seems like an interesting idea would be for each player to control 2 boards. At the end of the game, their lowest scoring board is their final score. But if something is built into the rules to better accommodate 2 players that would be great.
55:54 & 56:47 I noticed the player board says Relocate 1 Airline Gates currently on the board, but you say you can move 1 or 2. Is this a misprint on the player board or was it not correct that you can move 1 or 2 with this action? You did this a few more times during the play, I did not bother flagging all of the instances. 1:01:50 Teal moved once on the Tech track into the Yellow section, but you forgot to raise the stock price by 1.
During the relocation action, you said you can "relocate 1 or 2 gates", and moved 2 gates, but the action description on the player board says "relocate 1 gates". Odd they pluralized "gates", so I'm assuming the board is misprinted?

At 55:16, the newly-formed red airline does research, moving their token into yellow, however, they didn't get the stock bump they should have.

I noticed that too, so I checked the rules from BGG, and it does say "1 or 2 gates" - must be a misprint.
Yeah, the pluralization on the player aid and it clearly saying 1 or 2 in the rulebook makes me think it was just a missprint on the player boards.
Seems very ‘Rich get richer’ with not a tonne of potential to negatively impact stocks that get out of the gate early.
