CORRECTIONS: 22:14 - I have 8 cards, which is over the hand limit of 7. I should have discarded one card. 37:15 - I forgot to draw 1 card due to playing the Lock card. 43:15 - Clarification: You MAY play 1 card per ball, you are not forced to though. 47:18 - I misscounted and drew 6 cards total when I should have drawn 5. 51:18 - I forgot to increase the scoring multiplier to 5x.
Fun game. Does a good job of capturing the feel of pinball. Just one thing though. Ultipliers on real pinball games are usually triggered by completing the top roll overs, in this case, the F.R.O.G. cards. Not the drop targets, aka RAY or GUN.
Great playthrough and tutorial. Thank you. The game is implementing a very cool idea. I would like to see them refine and enrich it more and make a pinball in a much better setting (these frogs are underwhelming). There are amazing other possibilities here. There is a great potential in this system. I hope they manage to develop it accordingly. It just need to evolve a bit more (in future iterations).
I love the design, it really conveys the feel of a classic pinball arcade (I can even hear the sounds and the multiball mode in my head). It's interesting that this is sort of an experience emulator, and xp emulators seem to be on the rise (i.e. Heat: Pedal to the Metal). Edit: Oh and also solo games seem to be in demand, which is crazy, given that solo was seen almost as antithetical to the hobby prior to covid.
36:45 you played the Lock card, discarded Gun, discarded the Outlane/Lost cards and drew 3 cards to replace them, but you did not draw one card for the Lock Card you played. At 48:26 when you were discarding Flippers in Multiball mode, could you have discarded a double flipper and drawn 2 cards to possibly get better cards to play for the 2 multiballs? That wasn't clear from the play through. It seemed since you continually played them rather than using them to keep multiball going you probably couldn't. If that is the case, a note to that effect would be good to add to the corrections in Klingon. You also did the same thing at 48:50 and 49:46 Thank you for the video, I've been wondering about picking up this game, and this locked it in for me.
GOod point about using the double flipper in Multiball, I could have used them to increase my options but didn't think to at the time. Truth be told, recording this video was my first time playing the game so I likely made some poor strategic decisions. Good catch with the Lock card missed draw, thanks!
Looks pretty cool; not into solo games, but reminds me of stuff that some guys from my old gaming group were really keen on. Plus weighing up maneuvers for scoring potential vs safety does seem appropriately pinball-ish 22:22 I think one of those cards should have been discarded here, after playing the 'R'? It doesn't end up mattering though, because the excess letter cards are discarded without being played anyway.
At 8:59 nun hit the "G" from FROGS. After that you played the "N" from GUN. In my opinion you can only play a letter from GUN when you hit the "S" from FROGS!?

Surprisingly clever design. That multiball mode looks fun.
This is a must have for me..
Thanks for game play video.

Nice video. Keep hoping for more from others though. So little about this game so far.

Insanity. Can't wait to get my copy. :)

Yeah, I did forget to check my hand limit at that moment. I've added a correction, I'm glad you liked the video :)
Great vid as usual but the game title is just false advertising. 😂😂😂 I demand cosmic frogs.

Over hand limit at 22:15
Thanks, I've added a note about this.
You forgot to discard back down to 7 at 22:11
Thanks for pointing that out, I've added a correction.
